Burnley's last win over West Ham came at the Hammers' former ground Upton Park with a 2-1 victory in their Championship match on 3 December, 2011.

A Mark Noble goal at the end of the first half gave West Ham a 1-0 win over Burnley at London Stadium on 14 December.

..but will his name still be on the Burnley kit next season?

Well, Heaton has played down recent speculation and said he is "more than happy" to stay at Turf Moor.

The 31-year-old, who signed a four-year contract with the club last July, has impressed again this season. He made his England debut in April and believes staying with the Clarets can help his international chances.

"It is about playing Premier League football and continuing to work at the international set-up," he said.

"I'm delighted to be involved in that and have a taste for it and now I've got a hunger for more. I want to continue improving every day and I'm more than happy where I am at the moment."

  4. I am very, very motivated - Bilicpublished at 14:55 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

Burnley v West Ham United (15:00 BST)

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic, who is set to meet the club co-owner David Sullivan on Monday, said: "Make no mistake, I enjoyed last season more than this one.

"You know it's not enjoyable during that (tough) period but after that you become stronger, not only as a manager or not only as an individual player but you are building the character of the team.

"We are very motivated for this game, we want to finish on a positive but yes I am glad (the season is coming to an end), we all need a rest. I am relieved because we have many, many injuries.

"We need a break and rest to prepare for next season but then again, on the other hand, we can talk about that on Monday because I am very, very motivated for this game."

  5. We've deserved everything we've got - Dychepublished at 14:53 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

Burnley v West Ham United (15:00 BST)

Burnley boss Sean Dyche said: "It has proved to be a good season - a good season but a tough season. You can't take any shortcuts in the Premier League and we've deserved everything we've got.

"It's not just about the money, it's about us finishing as high up the Premier League table as we can and it's a big challenge.

"We've only been in the bottom three once and that was after the first weekend of the season. Really we've tended to look up all the time so it would be great to finish with a win and see how the table ends up."

Former Liverpool defender on Football Focus

Other than their win over Tottenham, West Ham's season has tailed off in the last few weeks. Yes, the Hammers are missing some injured players but they have been very average for a while. When their fans look at this season, it is their new stadium and their summer recruitment that have been the bugbears for them.

For a while it looked like Slaven Bilic's side were going to get dragged into a relegation skirmish but they are going to get a mid-table finish, which is probably what they deserve. West Ham are not a bad side when everyone is fit but, if they want a repeat of their seventh-place finish in 2015-16, they definitely need to sign some better players.

Burnley's target this season was to stay up and they have done it. It is mission accomplished and they can build again, which is great.

Their home form has been the key and I think it helped that they got an 'extra' match at Turf Moor early in the season - the venue of their game with Liverpool in August was switched because Anfield was not ready.

They won that game which not only gave them points on the board but it also set the tone for the rest of the campaign. They have never really been under much pressure.

There is little doubt which of these sides has achieved their pre-season target.

Having booked a second successive campaign among the game's elite for the first time since the 1970s, the mood at Turf Moor will rightly be jubilant.

An impressive 11th home win in front of their own supporters could see Burnley finish as high as 11th, leapfrogging West Ham in the process.

Even a victory won't propel the Hammers into the top half of the table - a position which seemed a minimum expectation after their seventh-place finish a year ago., external

Messrs Dyche and Bilic are certain to feel contrasting emotions as they reflect upon the rigours of the last 12 months.

  9. The tablepublished at 14:41 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

This is how they stand in the Premier League.

Leicester take on Bournemouth, so the only way West Ham can finish in the top half of the table is if they win well and West Brom lose heavily at Swansea. The Hammers would have to overturn a goal difference that is currently 11 worse than the Baggies. Unlikely. Highly unlikely.

For Burnley, they are guaranteed their highest finish in English football since 10th in the old First Division in 1974-75. If they win and results go their way they could end up 11th, but a lose could see them drop down to 17th.

  10. A game worth more than £11mpublished at 14:40 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

So, it is the end of the season and there is nothing to play for, right?

Well, no, there is actually. This game could be worth a maximum of £11.4m to both sides.

Each position a team finishes higher up the table is worth an extra £1.9m to that club. West Ham could collect £20.9m in prize money (not including money for television appearances) if they come 10th. However, a 16th-placed finish would land the Hammers only £9.5m.

For Burnley, it is a similar situation. Eleventh equals £19m, 17th equals £7.6m.

£11.4m could prove very handy in the summer transfer market for either of these managers.
