Javier Manquillo
There you go. What do I know?! Seb Larsson's free-kick is deflected by the wall to the right side of the box where Javier Manquillo is waiting to smash the ball into the roof the net.
You can take that script and shove it!
Chelsea 0-0 Sunderland
Looking at that Sunderland side, it is very light on goals and very light on attacking threat from midfield. Just as I'm typing that sentence, Adnan Januzaj dances through to the edge of the Chelsea box and is fouled. Useful free-kick.

Aaaaaand we're off. 90 minutes for Chelsea to bask. 90 Premier League minutes left for Sunderland to try and enjoy.

Is John Terry crying already? He has just had to wipe his eyes on his sleeve. If he's upset now, imagine what he's going to be like at full-time?!

Sunderland are giving Chelsea a guard of honour. Nice touch.

It's party time for Chelsea but a Sunderland wake. Two clubs hurtling in opposite directions.
I'm convinced Antonio Conte will stay to empower a decent Champions League campaign.
He deserves the Manager of the Year title for reinvigorating the club, bringing the best out of players who had sagged under Jose Mourinho, reinvented others and buying successfully.
Diego Costa will probably be sold, £100m or more of new signings brought in and Conte will succeed again.
Sunderland's future looks gloomy. Jordan Pickford and Jermain Defoe will surely go. There's not enough quality or character in the squad to come straight back up for fans who deserve far better

Alan Shearer
Ex-England striker speaking to 5 live sport
I spoke to John Terry 10 days ago and he was really coy in what he was doing.
He's still got a lot of options. He didn't give anything away but my guess would be if he were to go anywhere it would be abroad, to America.
Think you can do better than Lawro's predictions?

Chelsea will get their hands on the Premier League trophy at the final whistle and and will want to sign off with a win but I am not sure what sort of team Antonio Conte will pick before the FA Cup final.
He made lots of changes for Monday's win over Watford but will have to be careful about doing the same for this game.
If, say, striker Diego Costa does not play then he will go two weeks without playing before facing Arsenal at Wembley and it is easy for players to lose their edge.
What next for Conte's 'wonderful winning machine'?
Whatever team Conte picks, I don't think Sunderland will be able to stop the Blues from finishing their title-winning campaign on a high note.
There are more questions than answers about what will happen next at the Black Cats, and the only thing we really know is that they will be in the Championship next season.
Lawro's prediction: 3-0

Sunderland's season has been, it is fair to say, an absolute disaster. However, even though they are certain to finish bottom of the table they are guaranteed to leave the Premier League having made about £100m this campaign. That is the gulf we are talking about between the top tier and the rest as a result of TV money.
In contrast, Chelsea will pocket about £150m, external for their efforts (along with another nice chunk of cash next campaign for being in the Champions League).
That'll do pig, that'll do.

Most important this afternoon is, of course, the sweepstake we've just done in the office for how many goals will be scored across the Premier League this afternoon.
I've gone for 26 but I fear I might have gone a bit conservative. Luke Reddy has gone big with 39.
Hopefully, the fact 26 is John Terry's squad number will be some sort of omen. There's £15 in this. As a Yorkshireman, I will be fuming if I just miss out.
Courtois? De Gea? Lloris?
Costa? Kane? Lukaku?
As the Premier League season comes to an end, pick your team of the season and then share it to the world via social media.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has been speaking to Sky Sports about starting John Terry for the final game of the season.
"I had to start with John because he deserves this for this season," he said. "John is a legend for this club and he deserves this opportunity."
Aim to win and set a Premier League record for 30 wins in a season? "It is a target. It is a target for us and also very important. We want to play to win.
"It is right to celebrate [winning the league] and right to enjoy this moment. It is a great achievement and to celebrate with the club and fans is great."

John Terry starts and will captain Chelsea in his final game for the club before leaving this summer.
Antonio Conte makes six changes from the team that beat Watford 4-3. Thibaut Courtois returns in goal, David Luiz is restored to centre-back and Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso are the wing-backs. Cesc Fabregas comes into central midfield with Diego Costa starting up front.
Chelsea XI: Courtois, Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Terry, Moses, Kante, Fabregas, Alonso, Willian, Diego Costa, Hazard.
Subs: Begovic, Zouma, Cahill, Chalobah, Matic, Pedro, Batshuayi.
There is no Jermain Defoe for Sunderland because of a hamstring injury. The striker is expected to leave the Black Cats this summer.
Joleon Lescott makes his first start for the club, replacing Lamine Kone at centre-back in one of five changes from the home defeat to Swansea. Lee Cattermole returns to midfield along with Jack Rodwell. Bryan Oviedo starts in midfield, with Adnan Januzaj supporting Fabio Borini.
Sunderland XI: Pickford, Jones, O'Shea, Lescott, Manquillo, Larsson, Cattermole, Rodwell, Oviedo, Januzaj, Borini.
Subs: Mannone, Love, Gibson, Asoro, Maja, Embleton, Gooch.

Oh god, it's alive, run for your lives! No, wait, it's just the wind.
Here it is, the trophy that will be handed to Chelsea today, decked out all nice in blue and white ribbons.
Antonio Conte's men can win the league in style this afternoon, by becoming the first English side to register 30 wins in a 38-game top-flight season.
Anyone brave enough to bet against it happening?
Chelsea v Sunderland
Chelsea win easy, a load of fireworks go off, John Terry lifts the Premier League trophy, has a cry, Antonio Conte gets chucked up in the air, all the home fans go home happy and Sunderland wave goodbye to the top-flight. There you go, job done. Do I even need to carry this live text on?
Oh, alright then, if I must...
