    Almost at walking pace in Estadio Gran Canaria. Barca are cruising towards the final whistle.

  2. Real Madrid 4-1 Sevilla

    It should be worth noting how little Real Madrid miss Gareth Bale when he's not playing. He's currently injured and it's not certain he'll be back this season, even for the Champions League final.

  3. Monaco 1-0 Lille

    Like La Liga, the French title race looks to be going into another weekend at least.

    Monaco might well be leading against Lille, but they can't mathematically claim the title tonight if Paris St-Germain see off Saint-Etienne.

    And defending champions PSG are now 2-0 up as Lucas Moura fires in after collecting Marco Verratti's pass.

  4. Real Madrid 4-1 Sevilla

    It should be a fifth for Real Madrid as Nacho crosses to Marco Asensio, whose weak shot is saved by Sergio Rico. He could have placed that anywhere.

    It's all Real Madrid now, Sevilla's hopes are over. Luka Modric squares the ball to fellow sub Lucas Vazquez, who fires over.

    Moments later, Vazquez is booked for fouling a Sevilla player.

    Real Madrid defender Nacho is pushed over by Joaquin Correa, who gets booked.

    Nacho looks angry but doesn't actually do anything - and for some reason he ends up in the book too. And that's him suspended for the Celta Vigo game on Wednesday. Maybe he said something.

    Lionel Messi has not been invited to the scoring party. In fact, we have hardly mentioned him.

    The Barca talisman has half a chance now, skewing a left-footed effort into the side-netting.

    Approaching the half-hour mark and Ligue 1 champions-elect Monaco are still a goal to the good.

    Rather surprisingly, the free-scoring leaders have not managed to build on Radamel Falcao's early strike. Yet.

  15. Real Madrid 2-1 Sevilla

    There haven't been many clear-cut chances recently at the Bernabeu. Remember Real Madrid have a game in hand - against Celta Vigo on Wednesday - so are favourites to win the title despite being second at the moment. Fourteen minutes left.

  16. La Liga comes down to head-to-head difference and not goal difference if teams are level, so it doesn't really matter if Barcelona win 45-1 or 1-0 today.

    Barca beat Real in their recent El Clasico, so they have the edge if the clubs are level on points at the end of the season (as they are now).

    Real Madrid bring on Luka Modric for fellow Croatia midfielder Mateo Kovacic. We're into the final 20 minutes now. I don't want to say Real are hanging on, because they're not, but they're not looking very comfortable.

    Former referee Andujar Oliver has explained to Marca why Nacho's free-kick was correctly allowed.

    "The ball isn't in motion when Nacho takes the shot, Nacho's action is therefore legal and Undiano is correct in his decision to allow the goal," he said.
