Terrific noise inside the Bird's Nest in Beijing as Premier League champions Chelsea get their friendly with FA Cup winners Arsenal under way.

Chelsea are in their traditional blue colours while Arsenal are in their familiar red and white.

Around 15 minutes left in the match to decide who finishes third - and last - in the four-team Asia Trophy.

West Brom need to score twice to force penalties. It's looking unlikely.

It's been a bruising friendly with two bookings and Wilfried Zaha, who has been on the end of several over-the-top challenges, has been taken out of the firing line by Frank de Boer.

That's the second time he has targeted the Palace forward who is upset at the treatment he is getting.

The referee agrees and produces a yellow card.

I wrote a piece on the Chelsea website about three months ago. I asked the fans: 'Who would you like most as a centre-forward?'

There were three names that came up. Number three was [Romelu] Lukaku, number two was [Alexis] Sanchez, and number one? Morata.

Chelsea need a striker who can give you 15-20 goals a season.

Put him in a team where you've got the likes of Cesc Fabregas, the likes of Eden Hazard giving you plenty of opportunities... Morata can do that.

It's beginning to look like Antonio Conte's Chelsea side. Most Chelsea fans will be smiling and punching the air, much the same way that I was.
