Bayern Munich 0-0 Liverpool
Atletico Madrid.
The La Liga side beat Napoli in the first semi-final of the competition earlier today.
Arkadiusz Milik missed a first-half penalty for Napoli before Jose Callejon put them ahead.
But Fernando Torres equalised and Luciano Vietto netted a winner late on.

Bayern Munich's pre-season has been a bit hit-and-miss.
They made a successful start on German soil last month, beating BCF Wolfratshausen, FSV Erlangen-Bruck, Hoffenheim and Werder Bremen.
But they only managed one win from four - against Chelsea - in the International Champions Cup in China and Signapore.
They come into the match against Liverpool having lost 2-0 to Inter Milan.

Liverpool have been in pre-season mode for almost a month now and they're still unbeaten.
The Reds started with a win and a draw over Tranmere and Wigan respectively in early July.
Then came a trip to Hong Kong for the Asia Cup, where they beat Premier League rivals Crystal Palace and Leicester City on their way to winning the trophy.
Jurgen Klopp has now taken his side to a training camp in his native Germany. The Reds won 3-0 in their first game against Hertha Berlin on Saturday.

All these newfangled pre-season competitions seem to have their own quirks - bizarre points systems, random penalty shoot-outs etc.
The Audi Cup is pretty straight forward, though.
Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid and Napoli are the clubs involved this year.
The winners of each of the two matches on the first day compete against each other for the trophy, while the two losing sides play in a third-place match.
So it's the 'semi-finals' today and 'finals' tomorrow.

We've entered the month of August which means the new Premier League season is almost upon us.
HUZZAH.
