Final change for West Brom as Hal Robson-Kanu takes the place of Salomon Rondon.

The Wales international almost has an instant impact as he picks out fellow sub James McClean, with Heurelho Gomes spilling the ball for a corner. In keeping with near enough all of the set-pieces since Jonny Evans made it 2-0 from Matt Phillips' delivery, it comes to nothing.

Doucoure stands up a cross to the back post, which Richarlison nods wide.

The flow of this game has just dipped slightly.

Watford pressing, but they've been largely restricted to shots from distance, despite continuing to boss the possession stats...

Ben Foster makes a mess of gathering a harmless deflected effort and Watford win another corner. Jose Holebas with it... and it evades everyone including presumed target Christian Kabasele, who fails to connect with a diving header. Goal-kick and Foster's blushes (partially) spared.

Another change for the Baggies, Chris Brunt off in place of Jake Livermore.

Watford also use the break in play to shuffle their pack, with Roberto Pereyra on for Etienne Capoue.

West Brom make the first change of the match as Matt Phillips is replaced by James McClean.

Andre Carrillo shows strength in possession on the right side of the West Brom 18-yard box.

The Peruvian doesn't look to be in a threatening position but his lofted effort has Ben Foster backtracking to claim the ball, which was looping in at the far post.

Etienne Capoue lets fly from 25 yards and the ball looked destined for the bottom left hand corner of Ben Foster's goal but for a deflection from Gareth Barry - not sure how much the record Premier League appearance holder knew about it.

The resulting corner is cleared by the Baggies.

Jonny Evans puts a strong challenge in on Richarlison in the middle of the park.

The Brazilian goes down in a heap, but referee Michael Oliver says fair challenge.

The second half has picked up where the first left off.

The play goes end to end as Abdoulaye Doucoure sees a move break down, West Brom get going on the counter-attack with Chris Brunt and Matt Phillips before Kieran Gibbs eventually wins a corner. This time it comes to nothing.
