    Manchester City 1-0 Burnley

Those goals at City and at Huddersfield mean that City are five points clear as it stands.

    Newcastle United 0-0 Crystal Palace

While all of that has been going on, there was a right old rumpus in the north east. Yohan Cabaye went through DeAndre Yedlin and was pretty lucky to only be shown a yellow card. Moments before, Wilfried Zaha was booked for diving in the Newcastle box. Fractious.

    Sergio Aguero (Pen 30 mins)

ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SEVEN Manchester City goals for Sergio Aguero!

He's level in the record books with Eric Brook now. Aguero has missed a fair few pens of late but he tucks that one away with ease.

  5. PENALTY MAN CITYpublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Manchester City 0-0 Burnley

Nick Pope made a great save to deny Kevin de Bruyne, but as Bernardo Silva picks up the rebound he goes to ground. HUGE dissent from the Burnley players, and I don't think there's any contact at all.

    One to rumble on...

    Aaron Mooy (28 mins)

Can you believe this?! Huddersfield lead Manchester United! It's awful from United, Juan Mata giving the ball away on the halfway line. It was pinched by Aaron Mooy, who continued his run to finish a rebound after Tom Ince's shot was saved. You can't say they don't deserve it.

Who is Gareth Southgate watching at this one? Shelvey? Townsend? There's some suggestion that he's there with Jimmy Nail. Honestly. Maybe he's gone to get some tournament tips from Roy Hodgson.

    Stoke 0-2 Bournemouth

Bournemouth have had four touches in the Stoke box. Two of those were in the set up to the first goal, the third was Afobe's just before he was fouled for the spot-kick and the fourth is the penalty kick itself.

    Efficient.

GOAL - Swansea 0-1 Leicesterpublished at 15:24 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Federico Fernandez (OG 25 mins)

    PLAY TO THE WHISTLE!

Really poor from Swansea. Riyad Mahrez just about keeps the ball in on the left, Swansea think it's a goal kick and all but stop. Mahrez is allowed to play on, he's not closed down and he flashes in a cross which a flat-footed Federico Fernandez can only head into his own net.

    Leicester deserve to be ahead.

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:24 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Manchester City 0-0 Burnley

First chance for City and it comes as Leroy Sane gets away down the left and cuts it back, Bernardo Silva is one of a host of players queuing up, he smacks left-footed, but Nick Pope throws his hands up and pushes it clear. Solid goalkeeping.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Manchester United

For a man who is supposedly injured every time he steps on to the pitch, Phil Jones is having a cracking season. He single-handedly ends a Huddersfield attack here with two monster tackles. He's down now, though, beating the ground. Left knee?

  13. SUBSTITUTION - Wood offpublished at 15:22 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Manchester City 0-0 Burnley

An early change for Burnley, following an early chance for Burnley.

Chris Wood bundled his way through a few challenges to find himself one on one with Ederson, the City keeper is well off his line and just about sweeps up.

I'm not sure if Wood is injured in that incident, but I can only presume so as he has to come off moments later. Ashley Barnes is on in his place.

Rafa Benitez knows how to rock a suit/waistcoat combination. He's dressed sharper than a guillotine. His Newcastle side are keeping Palace at arm's length, with a shadow-chasing Wilfried Zaha sat down by Jamaal Lascelles.

    Gary Rose
BBC Sport at the John Smith's Stadium

The journalist in front of me has just made a futile attempt to stop his team sheet being taken off towards the roof of the stadium by the wind. If it is that strong in the stands it must like walking up a wind tunnel on the pitch. The conditions could be a leveller, though.

Incredible atmosphere inside the ground. It's like a derby match.

    Junior Stanislas (Pen 18 mins)

Things have gone south for Stoke very quickly.

A goal and an assist for Junior Stanislas in the space of a few minutes as he steps up to bury the penalty. A lot of grumbling in the stands.
