He catches the Barcelona midfielder in front of the referee's eyes, but the man in yellow allows play to continue.

Why did he not issue a second yellow and red card???

They earn a corner which is cleverly worked as Yannick Carrasco plays it short to Koke, who gives it back, but Carrasco's curled shot from the angle is straight at Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
