    Chelsea 0-0 Brighton

So far so good for Brighton, who have held Chelsea for 30 minutes.

It's been fairly relentless pressure on the Seagulls defence at times, with Victor Moses going closest to breaking the deadlock, meeting Cesc Fabregas' cross with a volley, but Mat Ryan kept it out.

    Watford 0-0 Leicester

    John Hartson
Former Arsenal striker on Final Score

What Jamie Vardy does well is get across the defender, but he has tried to be too clever and lift it over the goalkeeper.

  3. CLOSE!published at 15:29 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Watford 0-0 Leicester

Is Abdoulaye Doucoure a top-six player?

The leggy, box-to-six midfielder has been impressive, scoring six times for Watford this season and almost gets another, but his shot from inside the area is blocked by visiting defender Harry Maguire.

    Huddersfield 1-0 Stoke

    How are Stoke not level!!???

An almighty scramble sees Huddersfield clear the ball off the line about three times, Jonas Lossl finally bringing an end to the relentless onslaught with a brilliant stop on the line from Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting overhead from two yards. Unbelievable.

  6. 'Lazy defending'published at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Watford 0-0 Leicester

    BBC Radio 5 live

Former Republic of Ireland midfielder Andy Reid: "I think he went to dink it over the goalkeeper and he's got it a little bit wrong. To try and play Jamie Vardy offside there is lazy defending and Watford are fortunate not to be a goal down."

  7. Postpublished at 15:27 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

No pun intended from Leon Osman there...

Chris Harper: Dear Jose Mourinho: STOP USING LUKAKU TO DEFEND SET PIECES. That's about four goals in two weeks he should have cleared.

Shaheed Williams: Man United set piece tactic - target Lukaku. Burnley set piece tactic - target Lukaku.

Ricky Lee Everett: If United don't win today, Jose will be under serious scrutiny - obviously no talk of 'sack' but questioning whether a new contract is offered.

  11. CLOSE!published at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Bournemouth 0-1 West Ham

Some dubious finishing from both sides in the last few minutes. First, Andre Ayew somehow managed to stab wide Masuaku's ball from a decent position before Joshua King sliced an effort the wrong side of the far post, despite being unmarked in the middle of the box.

Another chance for Bournemouth soon after as Adam Smith's drive from distance is denied by Adrian.

Really should be more goals in this one.

  12. Postpublished at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Man Utd 0-1 Burnley

All hands to the pump for Burnley now.

Manchester United are firing in the crosses and the Clarets defenders are being stretched left, right, forward and back to head balls away.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Man Utd 0-1 Burnley

Nick Pope is starting to get a little busy.

The Burnley goalkeeper made a good save off Luke Shaw a few minutes earlier and makes an even better one this time, tipping away Paul Pogba's looping header, which was aimed towards the top corner.

  15. Postpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Watford 0-0 Leicester

    BBC Radio 5 live

Former Republic of Ireland midfielder Andy Reid: "I can't see them having the full backing for Marco Silva now, they'll be irked by that and it will have surprised them. It's a tricky time for Watford at the moment."

  17. CLOSE!published at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    West Brom 0-0 Everton

West Brom should already be two in front at The Hawthorns. Boss Alan Pardew will be tearing his hair out.

This time centre-bck Craig Dawson trots up the field but heads over from close range following Matt Phillips' clever cross.

  18. CLOSE!published at 15:19 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Man Utd 0-1 Burnley

    United getting closer?

Luke Shaw - who has never scored a professional goal - sees a low, thumping drive from 20 yards out pushed to safety by Nick Pope's full-stretch save.

  19. CLOSE!published at 15:19 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Bournemouth 0-1 West Ham

One of those easier to score than miss chances for Joshua King.

Callum Wilson could not have put the ball more on a plate for his team-mate if he had put some turkey, potatoes and carrots alongside it but King somehow managed to scuff wide from yards out.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Watford 0-0 Leicester

Ahh, finally an effort on target at Vicarage Road.

Ben Chilwell's cross to the back post is met by a towering header from Shinji Okazaki, but the Japan international's header is tipped over the crossbar by Watford goalkeeper Heurellho Gomes.
