    Glentoran 0-0 Linfield

Glentoran keeper Elliott Morris has been receiving lengthy treatment for what looks like a back or hip problem. He's up and battling on - just as well for the Glens because they don't have a keeper on the bench.

  13. Coleraine's amazing run in 2017published at 14:53 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Coleraine v Ballymena Utd

Coleraine's amazing sequence of form this year has seen them lose just three league fixtures throughout 2017 - defeats by Linfield and Crusaders at the tail end of last season, and then a solitary loss to Linfield in the present campaign.

In fact, Linfield and Crusaders are the only Premiership teams to see off Oran Kearney's high-flyers throughout the current calendar year in any domestic competition.

Ballymena beat Coleraine 2-0 at the Warden Street Showgrounds 12 months ago but the four meetings between the sides since then have yielded two victories for the Bannsiders and two drawn encounters.

  15. In-form north Belfast sidespublished at 14:46 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Crusaders v Cliftonville

This year's north Belfast Boxing Day derby pits two of the league's form sides against each other at Seaview.

The Crues are unbeaten in 15 outings in all competitions, having won 14 of those. Their last league defeat came back on 14 October.

Cliftonville have suffered just two defeats in 13 games, their top-flight run of 11 victories from 12 matches marred somewhat by Saturday's loss to Linfield. The Reds had been unbeaten in seven before that reverse at Windsor Park.

Crusaders have won both meetings between the clubs this season - in the league and the County Antrim Shield.

  16. Five players sent off in 2009 north Belfast derbypublished at 14:42 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2017

    Crusaders v Cliftonville

In 2009 only one top flight match survived the big freeze - thanks to the plastic pitch at Seaview.

And what an unforgettable afternoon it proved to be as Crusaders finished with seven men against Cliftonville's 10.

Crues boss Stephen Baxter also got a red card from referee Adrian McCourt during a match which saw Cliftonville emerge 2-1 winners.
