Carlisle United 1-0 Grimsby Town (Hallam Hope - 3 mins)
Oh dear! Not the start to his managerial career that Michael Jolley was looking for....
Hallam Hope has stroked Carlisle into the lead after just three minutes for the first goal in the EFL this afternoon.
Carlisle 0-0 Grimsby
There's a new man in charge of Grimsby Town today and his first match is one of just two that have survived in League Two at Carlisle.
Michael Jolley has taken over as boss of the Mariners on a rolling contract.
Having previously managed Swedish side Eskilstuna, he starts life with the Mariners with a trip to Carlisle.
Grimsby start the day 20th in League Two, six points above the relegation zone.
League Two side Grimsby appoint former Burnley Under-23 boss Michael Jolley as their new manager on a rolling contract.

A: Bas Frost of Sporting Lisbon
Keep them coming!
Aston Villa P-P QPR
Aston Villa's Championship match against QPR was another to join the long list of postponements overnight.
But, food that was due to be served to staff at Villa Park has not gone to waste in the bad weather as the club have donated lunches to a number of local homeless charities...
The lunches were intended for match-day staff at Villa Park but the club's clash with QPR was abandoned.

Most managers dread a vote of confidence from the board, but that is pretty much was Birmingham boss Steve Cotterill has got from his chairman.
Cotterill, who has won six of his 23 league games since taking over the Blues in October, thinks a recent visit from Hong Kong-based chairman Zhao Wenqing was 'supportive'.
Under-fire Birmingham boss Steve Cotterill sees Hong Kong-based chairman Zhao Wenqing's visit as 'supportive'.

We can probably expect a battle at the City Ground, where 15th-placed Nottingham Forest entertain struggling Birmingham.
The Blues have slipped back into the relegation zone after losing their last four, while Forest are edging closer to safety after ending a five-match winless run with a thumping 5-2 win at QPR last weekend.
Thankfully conditions at the City Ground this afternoon are somewhat better than they were in December 1990 when the visit of Liverpool didn't survive the blizzards
Millwall v Sunderland (15:00 GMT)
Millwall are another of the Championship's form sides, with the Lions finding themselves seven points off the play-offs after going eight unbeaten.
It has been a long slog of a season for visitors Sunderland, bottom of the table and five points from safety heading into today's match.
The Black Cats have only taken five points from a possible 27 in 2018, and a lengthening injury list will not have improved Chris Coleman's mood.
Tim Cahill has generated plenty of media interest since rejoining Millwall in January, but the veteran Australian is still awaiting his first goal for the south east London club.
He last netted for the Lions in April 2004. That goal came against Sunderland, and was the winner in their FA Cup semi-final match as well.
Here he is below, celebrating with former teammate, and now manager, Neil Harris.
Today would be a perfect occasion for the forward to re-open his account.
Bristol City v Sheffield Wednesday (15:00 GMT)
Bristol City have had a 2018 to forget so far.
Knocked out of the FA Cup and the League Cup, the latter at the semi-final stage, their promotion push has also hit the buffers.
With just one win in the Championship from their last 10 in the league, the Robins have slipped from second in the table on Boxing Day to 8th spot, one pot off the play-offs.
Still, their fans are finding clever ways of propping their drinks up in this weather....
Sheffield Wednesday, last season's beaten play-off semi-finalists, have been in the lower half of the table for most of the season and will be aiming to reach safety after being knocked out of the Cup themselves by Swansea.
One win in 10 in the league doesn't make great reading for Jos Luhukay's men either.
Bolton v Preston (15:00 GMT)
Two more clubs with differing agendas meet at the Macron Stadium
Phil Parkinson's Bolton, sitting four points above the drop zone, will be looking to put more distance between themselves and the battle at the bottom.
Preston are still in the hunt for a play-off spot, and could do with all three points to close the four-point gap to sixth-placed Middlesbrough.
The Lilywhites have been in good form away from home, and could make it 10 games unbeaten on the road today.
Derby County v Fulham (15:00 GMT)
One man who has been influential in Fulham's promotion charge is teenager Ryan Sessegnon.
The 17-year-old has hit 13 goals this season, with eight of those coming in 2018.
He gave his first major interview to the BBC this week, telling BBC Radio London's Lucy Oliva that White boss Slavisa Jokanovic has had a "massive impact" on his burgeoning career.
Teenage Fulham forward Ryan Sessegnon says manager Slavisa Jokanovic has had a "massive impact" on his burgeoning career.

After the top three all had their games called off, the juiciest match left in the Championship today is at Pride Park.
Fourth-placed Derby host fifth-placed Fulham, with the hosts out of form and the visitors on a roll.
The Rams have only tasted victory in one of their last seven, while the Whites are on a 12-match unbeaten run in the league, winning nine of those games.
Victory in the Midlands would see the west Londoners leapfrog Gary Rowett's men.
Not that the weather this week would've told you, but we're into the start of March with this afternoon's action and that means one thing....
Yellow balls are out for the winter and we're back to white balls across the EFL until the end of the season.
I'd much prefer to have seen a throwback to an orange ball with some of the conditions earlier this week!

Derby make four changes, including two in defence, as Cameron Jerome and top scorer Matej Vydra return; Denis Odoi replaces the injured Tomas Kalas at centre-back for Fulham.
Millwall are unchanged for the visit of Sunderland, who make six changes and keeper Jason Steele and striker Ashley Fletcher return.
There's no Nathan Baker and Bailey Wright, with groin and knee injuries respectively, for Bristol City as they host Sheffield Wednesday.

So, the weather has denied us the chance to see the Championship's top three in action this afternoon, but there's still a mouth-watering game in prospect that has survived as fourth-placed Derby host fifth-placed Fulham at Pride Park.
Middlesbrough's 3-0 win against Leeds last night has seen them climb into the top six for now at least.
Meanwhile, down in the drop zone Sunderland can haul themselves off the foot of the table if they can win at Millwall.
Bolton could also ease their relegation fears with a victory against Preston.
Middlesbrough 3-0 Leeds United
Middlesbrough and Leeds braved the Friday Night freeze on Teeside to kick-off this weekend's Championship action and it was Patrick Bamford who was the coolest customer inside the Riverside.
The Boro striker bagged a hat-trick in his side's convincing 3-0 victory against Leeds to ensure Tony Pulis' team returned to the top six.
Leeds remain 11th, six points off the play-off places.
