  4. Team newspublished at 11:41 Greenwich Mean Time 3 March 2018

Centre back James Tarkowski returns from a groin injury for his first Burnley appearance since mid January as Kevin Long drops to the bench.

That's the only change for the Clarets, who are otherwise unchanged from their 1-1 draw with Southampton last time out.

The main team news for Everton is that Wayne Rooney is on the bench, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin starting.

That's one of three changes, the others being Seamus Coleman for Jonjoe Kenny and Cenk Tosun for Oumar Niasse.

  6. The striker who has forgotten how to scorepublished at 11:37 Greenwich Mean Time 3 March 2018

Southampton v Stoke City (15:00 GMT)

    Stoke City

Imagine being a £12m striker who has just marked his second anniversary since scoring?

For Saido Berahino, he does not have to imagine. For him, it's a nightmare come true.

Berahino's last goal was for West Brom in a 3-2 win over Crystal Palace at the Hawthorns on 27 February 2016.

The 24-year-old has since moved to Stoke City but has yet to score for his current club in 28 appearances and has been told by Potters boss Paul Lambert to improve his fitness levels.

"I don't think he's up to the levels he should be," added Lambert. "In the situation we're in we need everybody to put their shoulder to the wheel and be able to get around."

  7. Will Stoke climb out of bottom three?published at 11:35 Greenwich Mean Time 3 March 2018

The build-up to this game has been as much about watching the weather forecast as the team news but the freeze has been coming for some time at St Mary's.

Southampton were in the top 10 in November, but one win in 15 league matches has seen their position plummet like the temperatures.

It's a huge opportunity for Stoke to jump out of the bottom three. Paul Lambert has steadied the ship since taking charge, losing only one of his five league games.

A reminder, if you're just joining us, that all games in the Premier League are going ahead as planned today.

The same can not be said for the rest of English football.

I make it just 11 games still on in the Championship, League One, League Two and the National League.

Burnley make just the one change but it's a key one as block machine James Tarkowski returns at the back.

Sam Allardyce shuffles his pack and sticks Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Cenk Tosun up front (Go big!), while Seamus Coleman starts at right-back. Wayne Rooney is on the bench for Everton.

Thousands of you have had your say and this is how you think the bottom three will finish:

    • 20th: West Brom - 92.78% of votes
    • 19th: Stoke - 49.67%
    • 18th: Swansea - 24.93%

However, Swansea also had 24.5% of votes saying they will finish in 17th place, just outside the relegation zone, followed by 20.20% with Crystal Palace.

At the other end of the table, a whopping 97.21% feel Manchester City will go on to claim the title, while it was a close-run race for second position, as 46.31% feel Manchester United will end there, while 44.08% think Liverpool will come as runners-up.

Ten games left, 30 points to play for, three teams to go down. How will one of the tightest relegation fights in recent Premier League history pan out?

In the past five seasons three teams in the relegation zone at this stage of the season have survived, so all is not lost for West Brom, Stoke and Swansea.

On average, the number of points to guarantee survival in the previous 22 seasons is 36.6.

Taking 37 points as the safety mark, we look at the 13 teams below that mark and, with the help of super-computer SAM (Sports Analytics Machine) - created by @ProfIanMcHale at the University of Liverpool - predict the final Premier League table.

West Brom are definitely going down. At the start of the season I thought they were one of the teams that had done the best business in the summer.

Individually. if you go through the team, it's probably the best side West Brom have had for a long time. It's a major blow when they have spent so much and you're looking into the abyss.

  17. Butland backs 'zero-tolerance' Lambertpublished at 11:08 Greenwich Mean Time 3 March 2018

Southampton v Stoke City (15:00 GMT)

Manager Paul Lambert's "zero tolerance, no-nonsense" approach has revitalised relegation-threatened Stoke, says goalkeeper Jack Butland.

The Potters are second from bottom of the Premier League but have lost only one of five games since Lambert replaced Mark Hughes on 16 January.

"He's re-energised people or given them belief back," Butland, 24, said. "Too much in the first part of the season we hadn't hit heights in terms of running stats, winning tackles and 50-50s.

"The manager has come in with a zero-tolerance, no-nonsense kind of attitude just in terms of laying down the law and we're playing with a lot more intensity and causing teams more problems."

    Turf MoorImage source, BBC Sport

It’s bitterly cold at Turf Moor for the 12:30 kick off between Burnley and Everton - who knew?

The nearby Liverpool to Leeds canal remains frozen - in truth, so has the recent form of these two clubs. Burnley haven’t won any of their last 11 but are still seventh in the table while Everton have won just one of their last 22 away from Goodison. What’s more, Burnley’s tally of 10 goals at home is the lowest in the League - Everton have managed just nine on their travels. If the crowd are hoping to be warmed up by goalmouth action, they may have to wait a little .....

  19. Relegation battle to mid-table affairpublished at 11:00 Greenwich Mean Time 3 March 2018

    Leicester v Bournemouth (15:00 GMT)

    Martin Fisher
Match of the Day commentator at the King Power Stadium

When these sides met on the south coast in September both were in the bottom four after dreadful starts to the season. They have recovered sufficiently since to dismiss relegation concerns, turning this meeting into a mid-table affair.

Leicester's recent form has been a bit patchy. Wins have been in short supply. Successive home draws with struggling duo Swansea and Stoke have frustrated their fans.

They could be in for another frustrating afternoon though. Eddie Howe's men are nothing if not unpredictable. Winning at Chelsea one week, getting thrashed at Huddersfield the next. They've also never lost to Leicester in the Premier League.
