But as I write that, Riyad Mahrez latches onto a loose ball, is through one-on-one with Asmir Begovic but his chip is comfortably saved and the opportunity goes begging.

  18. Cherries could break into top 10published at 14:55 Greenwich Mean Time 3 March 2018

    Leicester v Bournemouth (15:00 GMT)

Bournemouth's last victory came against Stoke exactly a month ago and they have suffered a heavy defeat against Huddersfield, as well as a draw with Newcastle since.

They are in a good position though - mid-table and looking like they will secure their safety in the Premier League.

A victory for the Cherries today could take them up to ninth place, ahead of Everton.

  20. Leicester targeting European returnpublished at 14:52 Greenwich Mean Time 3 March 2018

    Leicester v Bournemouth (15:00 GMT)

Leicester are comfortably sat mid-table but their form has been up and down. They only have two wins from the past 11.

They haven't won a league game since January 20 when they beat Watford 2-0 at the King Power.

Two more wins is predicted to be enough to secure their safety but after reporting record profits last year, they are targeting a return to Europe.

They have reported a £233m turnover for the financial year ending 31 May 2017 and a pre-tax profit of £92.5m.

"That experience has strengthened the resolve of all involved with the club to qualify for European football again," said a Leicester statement.
