A minute's silence has just been held at Goodison Park to mark Remembrance Sunday, which is on 11 November. The players, wearing shirts with embroidered poppies, stood arm in arm around the centre circle.

Additionally, the victims of the helicopter crash at Leicester City were also remembered, with players from both sides wearing black armbands.

Brighton boss Chris Hughton on naming an unchanged side: "We’re obviously in good form in regards to results at the moment, but there’s good competition in the team and you’d like to think maybe for specific games you might change players. However, the group today deserve to go again."

  3. Hughton for Manager of the Month?published at 14:54 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2018

A clash of clubs who've picked themselves up nicely in recent weeks and who should kick off in confident mood.

Everton will expect to win at home to shrug off their setback at Manchester United last time out, when better finishing might have brought a different result.

It also might have seen Marco Silva pip Chris Hughton for October's Manager of the Month award, but that will surely be given to the Brighton boss after a perfect month of three 1-0 wins.

Before their current winning run I had the Seagulls down as facing a battle to stay up, but they look a far too solid and settled side for that now.

Brighton are chasing a fourth successive Premier League win so it is little surprise Chris Hughton has named an unchanged line-up.

Former Everton defender Shane Duffy starts, Bruno captains the side, while Glenn Murray is chasing his 101st goal for the Seagulls.

Brighton XI: Ryan, Saltor, Duffy, Dunk, Bong, Jahanbakhsh, Stephens, Kayal, Izquierdo, March, Murray.

Subs: Bissouma, Locadia, Andone, Knockaert, Balogun, Steele, Bernardo.

Hello and welcome to Everton against Brighton from Goodison Park.

The Seagulls are a team in form after winning all three games in October while Everton have won their last two home league games without conceding.

    It should be a cracker.
