  2. 'We have to stay calm'published at 19:54 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Fulham 0-2 West Ham

    Fulham

Fulham boss Claudio Ranieri speaking to BBC Sport: "I think the first half was one of their best performances. We created a lot of chances but West Ham scored twice on two counter-attacks. When you are playing against experienced players that is what could happen.

"We have to stay calm, reflect and try to work harder, harder and harder. In a bad moment it is important to stay together. We have a very good group, I’m sure we will react soon."

  3. 'Overall I’m very happy'published at 19:51 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Fulham 0-2 West Ham

    West Ham United

West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini speaking to BBC Sport: "I think it was a good performance, because maybe we did not create too many chances but the chances we created, we scored.

"In the second half we defended very well, I think we are defending better every game.

"Overall I’m very happy. Four wins in a row is not easy in the Premier League, but we must try to continue with our feet on the floor.

"It’s important to enjoy the game we played tonight and from Monday we will start thinking about the next game."

  8. 'Enjoying the moment'published at 19:35 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Fulham 0-2 West Ham

    West Ham United

West Ham goal scorer Robert Snodgrass, speaking to BT Sport: "In the first half you create a few chances against a team like Fulham, who are scrapping for points, you have to take them and we did. It was a great performance and four wins on the bounce is always good.

"It is also good to contribute and try and help the lads upfront. I’ve been lacking in that department since the start of the season so play a part on this run is great.

"You have got to take each game as it comes, there is great competition in the league this year. We are just enjoying the moment and working hard to try and get into that top ten and mix it with the big boys."

There are very differing emotions from the players at full-time. A few Fulham players drop to the sodden turf.

Manuel Pellegrini shakes the hands of his players and they wander over to their chanting away support.

Andy Carroll throws his shirt into the crowd.

Sean Turner: If Tinkerman pulls Fulham out of the mire this season it'll be a bigger miracle than winning the league with Leicester. I wish him luck.

Andrew Harrison: When it comes to spending the amounts of money that the big six can afford or as in the case of Fulham an exception it's not how much you spend that matters but how you spend it and Fulham clearly haven't spent well

Felipe Anderson is deceptively quick. He gives the defender a head start and nearly gets on the end of an aimless long ball. Fulham keeper Sergio Rico almost makes a mess of it too. Seconds left.

  17. 'Very, very flat'published at 19:21 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Paul Parker
Ex-Fulham and Manchester United defender on BBC Radio London

I do not see any great belief in the Fulham players. They made a great start but nothing has materialised from the opening few minutes.

It’s been very, very flat in the final third. West Ham have coasted and have not really been tested.

You wouldn't blame the players for wishing Mike Dean would blow for full-time now so they can get out of the cold. West Ham look as solid as the proverbial rock now.
