  1. CLOSE!published at 15:07 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Southampton 0-0 Newcastle

Really bright start from the Saints. Charlie Austin fires one towards goal but it's diverted out for a corner.

They're building pressure! Remember Southampton have not scored since September - in four league games.

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:07 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Watford 0-0 Huddersfield

Fine save Ben Foster! He needed to be on top form too as Aaron Mooy fires in a left-footer from the edge of the area after a corner was half cleared to him. The Australian caught it as sweet as you'd like, but Foster had a wrist of granite to keep it out.

Moments later Alex Pritchard clips a shot onto the roof of the net! Huddersfield looking dangerous as they search for that maiden win...

  3. Postpublished at 15:06 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Liverpool 0-0 Cardiff

Pretty tame at Anfield so far. Virgil van Dijk lifts his head up and tries to play a lofted ball over the top for Mohamed Salah. It's too high though and bounces out for a goal kick.

  4. CLOSE!published at 15:06 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Fulham 0-0 Bournemouth

Close to an opener for Fulham! Ryan Sessegnon clips a nice ball over the top for Aboubakar Kamara to run on to. He's onside but off balance, and manages to flick a back header up and on to the roof of the net. Never totally under control...

  5. Postpublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Brighton 0-0 Wolves

Matt Doherty, my FPL player of the season so far, whips in an early cross for Wolves and that's a corner.

Send up the big men - Adama Traore is pinged for a handball.

  6. Postpublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Southampton 0-0 Newcastle

Some early possession for Southampton and they are able to squeeze it into the box. It looks like Mohamed Elyounoussi who got on the end of it but his shot from a tight angle was palmed away by keeper Martin Dubravka.

  7. Postpublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Fulham 0-0 Bournemouth

This is the game we have pinpointed for plenty of goals - Bournemouth hurl in an early long throw but the maligned Fulham defence deal with that one well.

  8. Postpublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Liverpool 0-0 Cardiff

Straight away Cardiff have dropped deep into their half. Liverpool are free to pass it around at the back.

This could be a common theme at Anfield this afternoon...

  9. Postpublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Watford 0-0 Huddersfield

Very lively start from Watford as Gerard Deulofeu scampers into space down the left but his low cross is cut out.

  10. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:00 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

We're getting under way in all of the 3pm games.

Where will the goals come from first?

  11. Postpublished at 14:59 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Fulham v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)

The first, early, minute's silence for Remembrance Day of the season at Fulham. Impeccable.

Noel Fitzpatrick: I don't go with all this anti-Moreno talk! It's clever squad rotation from #Klopp, external. We'll have more of the ball, and 2 big centre backs to take care of 1 big centre forward allowing Moreno to kick on. Lallana and Fabinho will have to track back and help out too

Kaushik Gorai: What is with this people and Moreno? I understand he makes mistakes but he is a LFC player and we need to back him. The fact that he knew he would be second choice his attitude is fantastic. Never says a bad word out in the press and always bonding with the team.

Khan Karn: Underestimating Cardiff, Lovren and Moreno nowhere near good enough. Matip, Clyne better options for rotation

  13. Big Virg with the bandpublished at 14:57 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Liverpool v Cardiff (15:00 BST)

Liverpool fans are becoming accustomed to seeing Virgil van Dijk with a captain's armband on.

Jurgen Klopp revealed in his press conference this week that the players were asked to vote for who they thought should lead the side while Jordan Henderson and James Milner were absent.

Van Dijk won the vote, followed by midfielder and fellow Dutchman Georginio Wijnaldum.

  14. 'Newcastle have been unlucky'published at 14:55 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Southampton v Newcastle (15:00 BST)

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on Final Score

Newcastle desperately need to pick up points and pick them up quickly.

They've been unlucky and could have got results in various places such as Brighton and at Manchester United.

Newcastle are going down unless they spend money in January.

Adam Lallana has been waiting a while, he’s had to be patient. These things happen, injuries. He used to be first choice in the Liverpool team.

Now he has got the opportunity to impress. Hopefully he can earn a place back in the England side but before that he has got to perform for his club first.

Deep snow in Durham this morning but it looks pleasant enough down at Brighton - the times they are indeed a changing though.

Let's get these games under way...

  17. 'Fulham look poor defensively'published at 14:52 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Fulham v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on Final Score

I admire Fulham's free-flowing attacking game but they concede too many goals.

It worked in the Championship but in the Premier League, it's a risk and they've been found out.

They keep changing the team and the defence and that's not going to help - they've got a different goalkeeper today. As a team, defensively, they look poor.

  20. 'Liverpool healthier in depth'published at 14:50 British Summer Time 27 October 2018

    Liverpool v Cardiff (15:00 BST)

    Michael Brown
Former Sheffield United midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

Defensively Liverpool have left a lot to be desired over the last few seasons. They are looking stronger there now.

It is great for Trent Alexander-Arnold to get a game, he may have been feeling left out with Joe Gomez playing so well. Big chance for him and defensively great to have that many people available.
