The Belgium international mis-controls a ball which rolls away from him, then goes in studs up on Luka Milivojevic, catching the Crystal Palace skipper high on his left leg.

Referee Lee Mason was looking straight at the challenge, how did he not see it??

Liverpool into outright second in the league table as it stands. They're going to stay two points behind Man City, though. They're not throwing away their lead, for sure.

It is poor defending from Southampton, they are all ball watching. Your body needs to be open so you know where your player is but they are all facing the wrong way and Aleksandar Mitrovic is there with a great finish.
