    • Second-placed Sheffield United are 3-0 goals up at Hull.
    • Play-off-chasing Middlesbrough and Bristol City are both losing away from home. Derby could take advantage, but they're goalless against QPR.

  10. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 22 April 2019

    Sheff Wed 2-0 Bristol City

Bristol City almost pull one back, but Jay Dasilva's slightly overhit cross from the left strikes the inside of the far post and bounces clear.

    Derby 0-0 QPR

With both of their closest play-off rivals, Middlesbrough and Bristol City, now trailing, can Derby take advantage?

They've not really got going yet though, against a very inconsistent QPR outfit.

  12. CLOSE!published at 15:45 British Summer Time 22 April 2019

    Rotherham 1-0 Birmingham City

Birmingham make a rare attack which results in a corner.

Gary Gardner is free in the box but his header goes over the bar.

    Nott'm Forest 1-0 Middlesbrough

Looking back on the penalty, Ryan Shotton's very lucky not to have been sent off there.

The one crumb of comfort for Boro fans is that Bristol City are losing too, while Derby are still drawing at home to QPR.

It's three for Sheffield United - they're making a big statement here! Leeds fans won't like this.

Enda Stevens heads in from a corner and the travelling Blades fans are absolutely loving this.

Even if Norwich hold on at Stoke, they'll need Brentford to do them a favour against Leeds later on if the Canaries are going to be promoted today.

    League Two latest

It's not a good day to be towards the top of League Two...

Bury have just equalised against Northampton, but Mansfield still trail at Oldham and now MK Dons have had a penalty saved against Port Vale. It's 0-0 there.

Lincoln, who will be champions if they win today, are still goalless against Tranmere but a draw may end up being enough for them!

  16. goal

GOAL: Sheff Wed 2-0 Bristol Citypublished at 15:40 British Summer Time 22 April 2019

    Lucas Joao (40 mins)

Bristol City's top-six dreams are being badly hit here! They're now further behind.

The Owls' first goalscorer Barry Bannan plays in a clever ball for Lucas Joao, who calmly lobs the keeper from just inside the area.

    Sheffield Wednesday are cruising...

    Joe Lolley (39 mins)

Penalty to Forest. Ryan Shotton brings down Karim Ansarifard in the area and gives the referee no choice.

No mistakes from Joe Lolley from 12 yards.

    Wigan 1-0 Preston

That's a very high boot from Ryan Ledson. Kal Naismith goes to head the ball and he's met with a boot to the face from the Preston man.

A tough day has just got harder for Alex Neil's side.

The away end - which is a vast swathe of yellow and green - is in fine voice, with Norwich in front thanks to Onel Hernandez's clinical finish.

The Canaries could go up today if they carry on winning and another result goes their way.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:36 British Summer Time 22 April 2019

    Reading 0-0 West Brom

Hal Robson-Kanu and Jacob Murphy both force good saves out of Royals goalkeeper Emi Martinez.

This game is just starting to open up. I think a goal is on the cards.
