Under way.
Nobody in the Real Madrid team has scored a goal in April. Karim Benzema, injured today, has scored their last eight goals.
I've seen suggestions he might not play again this season.
Rayo Vallecano v Real Madrid (19:45 BST)
In fact the man leading the line for Rayo Vallecano tonight has not scored a La Liga goal in almost three years.
Javi Guerra, who is now 37, last scored for Rayo on 11 February 2018 in the second division.
He has played 72 minutes this season across four substitute appearances.
Rayo Vallecano v Real Madrid (19:45 BST)
One big blow for Rayo Vallecano sees their runaway top scorer unavailable.
Raul de Tomas is on loan from Real Madrid and is ineligible. Rayo asked Real in the last few days if they would let him play, but they've said no.
He has scored 14 goals for Rayo this season. Their next top scorer, Alvaro Garcia, has four.
Only three other players have scored more than one goal.
Reports are that Real plan to use him next season.

Rayo Vallecano v Real Madrid (19:45 BST)
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane continues his rotation with eight changes from the 0-0 draw with Getafe.
Thibaut Courtois makes his first appearance under Zidane, with Mariano making his first start up front under the Frenchman. Jesus Vallejo, Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Marcelo, Marcos Llorente and Dani Ceballos also come in.
Gareth Bale is one of only three players to keep his place from that game. Karim Benzema is injured.
Rayo Vallecano make four changes from a 5-0 thrashing by Sevilla. Striker Javi Guerra, 37, makes his first start of the season, with Manchester United flop Bebe also coming into the team. Tito and Abdoulaye Ba start at the back.
Rayo Vallecano v Real Madrid (19:45 BST)
Win, draw, win, draw - Real Madrid don't really have anything to play for with four games left. Their title hopes were over a long time ago and they're in no danger of slipping out of the top four.
Rayo Vallecano, on the other hand, are in big trouble. They have lost 10 of their last 13 games and sit nine points adrift of safety as an immediate return to the second division looks likely.
Rayo Vallecano v Real Madrid (19:45 BST)
The second of two away trips in four days for Real Madrid. Luckily for them they've only had to do a combined 34-mile round trip.
A game at Madrid minnows Getafe on Thursday is followed by another at Rayo Vallecano this evening.
