Leeds have the lead from the game's first effort on target and it is a fine goal.

Referee Craig Pawson does well to play an advantage after a late challenge from Tom Lawrence, and the ball falls to Jack Harrison on the left.

The winger puts in a peach of a ball behind the defence, taking out Scott Malone.

Kemar Roofe is on hand to slot in and give the Whites the lead.

Incidentally, the game at Villa Park set a new record for a play-off semi-final attendance.

There were 40,754 present to watch Villa's comeback, beating the previous high set by Villa last year against Middlesbrough.

That record could not even last a day though, with Sunderland hosting Portsmouth in the first leg of their League One semi this evening.

A bumper crowd is expected at the Stadium of Light.

    Here are the half-time statistics.

It's not necessarily been cagey, but Leeds have largely been in control but have lacked a spark and cutting edge in the final third.

There has been a definite lack of goal-mouth action so far.

Derby have ridden their luck. In the first 5-10 minutes they did some good things but Leeds have taken over with some good game management and have just been a pass away at times.

But if you are a Leeds fan you're probably thinking that your team's not been clinical enough.

Stuart Dallas gets to the byline and pulls it back to Kemar Roofe, whose half-volleyed effort is way off target.

There's an offside as Dallas goes back to get the ball - or did it go behind? Either way it doesn't really matter.

We are into one minute of added time at the end of the first half.

Still no efforts on target so far.

There's still time for that to change before half-time...
