It's the Derby fans making all the noise now in a stunned Elland Road.
The momentum has completely changed and Leeds have got to respond before it gets worse.
Leeds 1-2 Derby (2-2 agg)
Suddenly Leeds come forward on a counter attack and appear to have the Rams defence outnumbered.
But Jamie Shackleton then loses control of the ball and Pablo Hernandez can't pick up the pieces and create an opening in the area.
All of a sudden it is end-to-end. The tie has come alive.

I'd love to know what happened in both dressing rooms at half-time.

Daniel Woodley: This Casilla guy for Leeds. Why is he wearing a different coloured shirt from his team-mates? Isn't he playing in defence?
Dean Plumley: That is not the first time this season that has happened to Leeds, our keeper needs to stay on his line.
Simon Foley: What a coincidence... I’m currently enjoying the game from a Marriott hotel... in Dallas!!
Mason Mount
What a start to the second half.
Richard Keogh comes forward with the ball, pops a ball into Harry Wilson, who turns and sends the ball through to Mason Mount.
The midfielder looks like he has stumbled inside the area but somehow digs out a shot and sends hit into the Leeds United net.
The majority of Elland Road is in shock, but Derby fans are loving it.
Leeds 1-1 Derby (2-1 agg)
Derby get the second half started at Elland Road.
The Rams will have wished the first half could have lasted longer, given the momentum they had towards the end of it.
Leeds still hold the advantage but were rattled late on and gifted Frank Lampard's side a goal right at the death.
Jack Marriott was on the pitch for just 33 seconds before he netted. Talk about making an impact...
HT: Leeds 1-1 Derby (2-1 agg)
A statistic for Leeds fans to mull over before the second half gets started.
The team finishing third in the Championship haven't lost the home leg of the play-off semi-final since 2009-10, when Nottingham Forest lost 3-4 to Blackpool.
Third-place teams have won seven of their eight home legs since then, with one draw.
Oh - and no team has previously over-turned a first-leg home defeat in a second-tier play-off semi-final. Before the Rams, 17 teams failed to do so.
So, nothing to worry about there for Whites supporters?
Change coming at The Hawthorns?
After their play-off defeat, West Brom caretaker James Shan has been told he does have a role at The Hawthorns.
Shan won seven and lost four of his 12 games in charge since Darren Moore's sacking in March.
Whether he will continue as a manager is yet to be decided. The sudden availability of Chris Hughton, sacked by Premier League club Brighton on Monday, may throw a cat among the pigeons as the Baggies try and regain their top-flight status.
West Bromwich Albion caretaker boss James Shan says he has been told he will have a future at the club after their play-off exit.

That late Rams goal means tonight's tie could yet go to penalties.
Aston Villa needed a shoot-out victory to reach Wembley last night, with keeper Jed Steer the hero.
The 26-year-old spent the first half of the season on loan at League One Charlton, but was the hero at the Hawthorns last night with two saves from 12 yards.

That Jack Marriott goal has totally changed the atmosphere in here as the players head back to the dressing rooms and Leeds keeper Kiko Casilla is consoled by understudy Bailey Peacock-Farrell. How pivotal could that mistake prove to be?
The Rams had just been getting into the game and the substitution of Marriott on for Duane Holmes might be the best call of Frank Lampard's short managerial career.
What a second half we're in for now.

Leeds 1-1 Derby (2-1 agg)
Into two minutes of stoppage time and Leeds are rattled.
There's almost another mix-up between Kiko Casilla and his defence.
This time the Spaniard comes almost 30 yards out of his goal to try and clear, and just causes more problems - but Leeds survive.
Jack Marriott
Derby back in it and it's a dreadful mix-up in the Leeds defence which gifts the Rams a goal.
Keeper Kiko Casilla comes off his line to deal with a flicked header forward by Mason Bennett.
But Liam Cooper, tracking back, gets a touch on it on the edge of the area and wipes out his keeper.
Jack Marriott picks up the pieces and slots into an empty net with his first touch.
