Domenico Berardi (20 mins)
Another bigger plot twist.
As it stands, it's AC Milan and city rivals Inter into the Champions League.
Poor Atalanta.
SPAL 0-1 AC Milan
Keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma picks up an injury and is replaced by Pepe Reina, formerly of Napoli and Liverpool fame.
Hakan Calhanoglu (18 mins)
Huuuuuuge!
Hakan Calhanoglu, who tested the SPAL goal earlier, sweeps in low from just inside the area.
As it stands AC Milan will finish third and most definitely in a Champions League spot.
Atalanta will take the fourth spot.
SPAL 0-0 AC Milan
It's Milan again.
This time Hakan Calhanoglu hits a stinger from inside the area that Emiliano Viviano punches away.
Basically, he just put his hands in front of him and hoped for the best.
Inter 0-0 Empoli
Inter are all over Empoli at the moment - Ivan Perisic launches one from 20 yards that Bartlomiej Dragowski does well to get a hand to.
Great stop.
It's still 0-0 in the matches involving third-place Atalanta and sixth-place Roma - as things stand Atalanta will qualify for the Champions League for the first time, and Inter will join them.
SPAL 0-0 AC Milan
Milan's Krzysztof Piatek, who we know has a heck of a strike, fires low at goal but Emiliano Viviano saves with his feet.
Moments later, Fabio Borini fires into the side-netting from just inside the area.
Inter 0-0 Empoli
Radja Nainggolan has a pop at goal from about 20 yards out but his dipping half-volley is well held by keeper Bartlomiej Dragowski.
Good effort though.
And then it goes down to head-to-heads...
We are under way in the final set of games of the 2018-19 Serie A season.
Roma v Parma (19:30 BST)
After 18 years at the club it's farewell to World Cup-winning midfielder Daniele De Rossi.
It will be an emotional night, and more so if Roma sneak into a CL spot.

SPAL v AC Milan (19:30 BST)
Some of the SPAL players are holding their babies as the pre-match anthem is played.
Is that something for post-match? I like it though.

Juventus finished their championship-winning season in style... with a 2-0 defeat at Sampdoria.
Both of Sampa's goals came in the final few minutes with both Gregoire Defrel and Gianluca Caprari bagging.
They finish ninth while Juve finish on 90 points with two defeats in their last five matches. Fair to say they took their feet off the gas.
Right. Look at the table below - four teams but there are only two Champions League spots up for grabs.
The goal difference is visible but pretty much ignore that because it's all about head-to-heads, and that's where it gets slightly confusing.
Instead of confusing your brains now, I will endeavour to explain the scenario as the night, which promises to be full of twists and turns, progresses.
No doubt there will be a few of you out there who will be hoping Atalanta qualify for the Champions League for the first time.
I will focus on SPAL v Milan, primarily because that's one of two games available for me to watch.
The other fixtures in the spotlight are:
Atalanta v Sassuolo
Inter v Empoli
Roma v Parma
