    Martyn WaghornImage source, Rex Features

Off they go for a breather. Derby have scored one penalty and missed another, but they lead at the break.

Martyn Waghorn gave the hosts an early lead from the spot after he was felled in the area but Baggies keeper Sam Johnstone stopped him doubling their advantage shortly before the break after a controversial handball decision.

At the other end Kenneth Zohore should have levelled for Albion just before the break.

  14. CLOSE!published at 45+2 mins

    Derby 1-0 West Brom

Oh, he must score! The Baggies' best move of the game gives Kenneth Zohore so much time to steady himself and shoot from 10 yards, but Kelle Roos diverts it out for a corner.

Massive chance for Zohore. Not taken.

  15. Postpublished at 45+1 mins

There'll be a minimum of four minutes added on, after two spot-kicks and a couple of injury delays.

  16. Postpublished at 44 mins

    Derby 1-0 West Brom

However, replays show that the penalty should maybe have been taken again... Sam Johnstone's feet were off his line.

    Plenty to debate.

Meanwhile, from four penalties already this season, Derby and Martyn Waghorn have scored two and missed two. Talk about drama!

  17. PENALTY SAVEDpublished at 43 mins

    Derby 1-0 West Brom

Sam Johnstone dives brilliantly to his left and turns Martyn Waghorn's penalty around the post. That's a top save!

West Brom will feel that's justice, because it was probably not handball.

  18. YELLOW CARD FOR BILICpublished at 42 mins

    Derby 1-0 West Brom

West Brom boss Slaven Bilic is so unhappy by the award of the spot-kick, he's earned himself a booking.

  19. PENALTY TO DERBYpublished at 40 mins

    Derby 1-0 West Brom

Is this handball? The Rams have a second penalty!

This looks harsh. Very harsh. The ball bounces in to Filip Krovinovic's shoulder.

    West Brom are protesting...

  20. Postpublished at 36 mins

    Derby 1-0 West Brom

This has been a pretty even half of football, and that's backed up by most of the stats. Derby and West Brom have equally shared the possession and the efforts on target.

But the Rams have the key goal.
