MCGAMES: At the moment VAR isn't being used correctly. It should provide a DEFINITIVE decision. The ref isn't always right..

VAR is just allowing some decisions to be manipulated from outside the football pitch, some strange decisions already this season.

    Chelsea 2-1 Sheffield United

Sheffield United have lost about four games in three years under Chris Wilder and they are playing like it too. Ollie Norwood hits one with fade from 25 yards, easy enough save but it's the visitors on top at the moment...

Conor Hayes: West Ham playing well but a lack of intensity in the play and failing miserably in the final third. Need to give Haller more service. Norwich are showing some dangerous signs.

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Aston Villa

Crystal Palace are dominating possession against 10-man Aston Villa, who are sitting pretty deep.

This is a big chance for the hosts to get a first home win of the season on the board but they currently lack the guile to find a way through the Villa defence.

    Leicester City 2-1 Bournemouth

The non red card for Youri Tielemans will be a big talking point. I can understand how the referee missed it in real time, and I don't think it was a malicous challenge, but it was a bad one. And once the VAR had looked at it so many times I was convinced he would show a red.

Anyway, Bournemouth have gone close as Callum Wilson did well to tee up Adam Smith inside the area but the full-back was hesitant in getting a shot away and the chance is blocked.

BBC Sport football expert on Final Score

In the first half Chelsea were very, very impressive in control. The two at the back (Zouma and Tomori) have been very solid. The one error they made was coming out in the second half and switching off. It's a heavy lesson but one they must learn.
