Can Palace hold out to half-time here? Norwich are asking all the questions.

After Palace's promising start Norwich are now on the front foot at Selhurst Park.

Soon after Cantwell's chance, Emiliano Buendia surges into the box and forces Vicente Guaita into a good save at his left post.

It was a great run by Buendia, who is beginning to pull the strings in this match.

What a block by Martin Kelly!

Jamal Lewis finds Todd Cantwell in acres of space in the penalty area but Kelly, in for the injured Mamadou Sakho, produces a brilliant, sliding block to deny the 21-year-old his third of the season.

There's a pause in play as Norwich captain Ben Godfrey receives treatment to a nasty looking cut just above his eye.

Not sure how long he'll be able to continue here, his left eye looks like it's closing up...

In the meantime, the cameras cut to Canaries boss Daniel Farke, who looks far from pleased on the sidelines.

    Crystal Palace 1-0 Norwich

A lovely lofted pass over the top by Emi Buendia finds Teemu Pukki, who draws a decent save from Vicente Guaita and Norwich win a corner.

It's wasted, though, as Guaita jumps to collect the cross.

A quick throw then sends Palace storming up the pitch where Wilfried Zaha takes a tumble in the penalty area.

The hosts are demanding another penalty, but referee Jonathan Moss isn't listening this time.

Norwich work it well down the left and Teemu Pukki is able to tee up Marco Stiepermann for a shot but that's blocked before it can trouble Vicente Guiata.

    Better from the visitors!

Wow, an early change in goal for Norwich City following that penalty.

Certainly not the start Daniel Farke had in mind when preparing for this one...

Cheikhou Kouyate and Todd Cantwell both go down following a challenge, Kouyate looks to be fine but Cantwell takes a little longer to get back to his feet.

Norwich then break forward but waste the chance and Palace rush down the other end as the fast start shows no sign of letting up.

Luka Milivojevic picks out Wilfried Zaha at the back post but his first touch lets him down and it goes out for a goal-kick.

  12. CLOSE!published at 14 mins

An impatient Jordan Ayew lets one fly from the edge of the area and draws a really good save from Ralf Fahrmann.

Lovely stuff from Wilfired Zaha, who is already bringing out the tricks much to the delight of the home support.

He has, however, only scored once in 18 home league games since the start of last season and looks in the mood to improve that record this afternoon.

Palace build up nicely but frustratingly Jordan Ayew is the only man available up top and he's crowded out.

  17. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Norwich

A really energetic start to this one.

Palace look full of confidence and ready to make amends after conceding that 95th-minute equaliser against Wolves last weekend.

They've had Norwich pegged back for much of the opening few minutes, with the visitors not yet able to settle at Selhurst.

  18. CLOSE!published at 2 mins

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Norwich

Wilfried Zaha almost puts the hosts ahead in the first minute!

The Norwich defence parts and Zaha finds himself with plenty of space to charge into.

Slightly to the right of the goal, he fires a shot with his right foot that curls narrowly away from the opposite top corner.

    Early let off for Norwich!
