  1. 'Brighton are more aggressive'published at 13:41 British Summer Time 30 August 2019

Man City v Brighton (Sat, 15:00 BST)

    Manchester City

Pep Guradiola said: "Brighton have changed their manager and they are more aggressive in terms of the high pressing. For example, they play five at the back where last season it was four.

"They have started well and they played more than 60 minutes with 10v11 against Southampton, which is not easy."

  2. 'Europe should be closed'published at 13:37 British Summer Time 30 August 2019

Man City v Brighton (Sat, 15:00 BST)

    Manchester City

Speaking about Kyle Walker's omission from the England squad, Manchester City manger Pep Guardiola said: "I'm a little surprised but I respect the decision and Kyle Walker is coming back stronger. I'm pretty sure the players want to go to their national teams but we have to adapt."

On how to make VAR better: "If we reduce the time to allow a goal or disallow a goal would make it better. To be out of a competition because of a wrong decision is why VAR is there, so we have to trust.

On the transfer window: "Europe should be closed like English teams. I support that the window should close when you start the Premier League season.

"One player can play the first fixture for one team and another for the other team. The best thing for Europe would be to make an agreement to close the window at the same time."

  4. 'I'm not going to walk away'published at 13:30 British Summer Time 30 August 2019

Arsenal v Tottenham (Sun, 16:30 BST)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino said: "After five years here now I have just started my sixth. You know how hard we worked in the summer to try and rebuild but those rumours are only created through social media.

"I am not going to walk away after the derby. I’m going to be here on Monday and Tuesday. I'm going to travel and then I will return to London. I’m not this type or person that sends messages through social media."

Mike: Pity we didn’t get an English team but Celtic should be happy with the draw

JoeD: All 3 English teams should get through and probably win their groups as well.

Vishnu: Considering Eintracht Frankfurt have lost their 2 best players in Jovic and Haller, last seasons semi finalists are still the team Arsenal need to look out for in their group.

Keithmc: A perfect opportunity for more Scottish football humiliation

Adam: For Man United - I just hope we win our home games and don't risk any big players away in Serbia and Kazakhstan. Gutted we didn't get a Scottish team
