Norwich have started well. These are the games where they know they need to pick up points. Aston Villa have not been great in the last few games, they have a few injuries and Norwich know they need to capitalise on that.

It's Emiliano Buendia who takes the free-kick, right-footed. It goes around the wall but Tom Heaton gets across to make a comfortable save. The Villa keeper doesn't even have to dive.

A Norwich break is initially cleared before Kenny McLean bursts towards the edge of the Villa box and Trezeguet pulls him back to concede a free-kick from 25 yards out.

Teemu Pukki is now booked after bringing down Jack Grealish on the break inside the Norwich half. All over the back of him. Not much doubt about that one.

Villa find Ahmed El Mohamady behind the Norwich defence. He dinks a square ball into the six-yard box but there's no-one there to get on the end of it.

Anwar El Ghazi was set to be replaced a few moments ago. But the Dutch winger just nearly broke the deadlock.

Matt Targett swept the ball in from the Villa left and El Ghazi steered it just wide of the far post.

Villa have done OK but they keep getting exposed on the counter-attack. They seem like they have ran out of ideas. When Jack Grealish is not on the ball, they don't know what to do. They don't look the same team when he does not have the ball, they struggle to create chances.
