    Dover 0-0 Southend

    Nothing comes of the set-piece.

I know it's a cliche but honestly I'm struggling to work out which team is in the National League and which is in League One.

Having said that, League One Southend have just gone on the break and Isaac Hutchinson has forced a save out of Dover keeper Yusuf Mersin.

But he can't get over it and toe pokes it over the bar.

    Let off for Dover.

  7. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:16 Greenwich Mean Time 10 November 2019

FA Cup: Chippenham Town look to cause first-round upset

Chippenham Town are relative strangers when it comes to reaching the FA Cup first round.

The National League South club host League Two Northampton Town in just their third appearance at this stage in nearly 150 years.

Manager Mark Collier has left "no stone unturned" in preparing his side while striker David Pratt will hope to "tap-in" to his day-job skills as a plumber by exposing what he hopes is a "leaky" Northampton defence.

Not much to update you on so far.

Southend had a succession of corners a few moments ago, while Dover have had two tantalising crosses into the box just out of reach of attackers.

  10. A choice encounter at the Racecoursepublished at 12:10 Greenwich Mean Time 10 November 2019

    Wrexham v Rochdale (12:45 GMT)

This tie pits two out of form sides against each other.

Wrexham, who have struggled in the National League this season, take on League One strugglers Rochdale.

Last season Wrexham faced off against Welsh rivals Newport County in round two, while who could forget Rochdale's own cup run this season in the EFL Cup as they almost bested Manchester United at Old Trafford.

What these sides would give for another run this season.

Macclesfield Town's FA Cup first-round tie against Kingstonian will go ahead today despite the Silkmen's players going on strike over unpaid salaries.

BBC Radio Manchester understands wages for October are still to be paid to players and staff.

Their team today includes five loanees and six youth team players.

Macclesfield's place in the competition for both this season and 2020-21 would be at stake if the game was called off.

Mozziephotography: Roped in a few times to referee Sunday League matches. No qualification apart from school football games. Talk about trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

Sauce that rocks: in year 12 I was running the line for the year 12 v year 13 Classico. Took months of abuse from my classmates after not giving an offside decision against the winner for year 13.

After both the referee and fourth official went down injured in the tie between Accrington and Crewe yesterday we're after your memories of having to fill in as a match official.

Or, any games you've been at which have seen someone called out from the stands to fill in as a fourth official.

  18. Campbell still waiting on first Shrimpers winpublished at 11:48 Greenwich Mean Time 10 November 2019

    Dover v Southend (12:00 GMT)

We'll be across updates for the 12:00 GMT Kick-Off between Dover and Southend, with Sol Campbell still looking for a first win as Southend boss.

Dover currently sit mid-table in the National League and recent results echo their position as they’ve won two, drawn two and lost two of their last six matches.

But, Southend are on a four-match losing run which has included a 7-1 defeat to Doncaster.

    A potential upset?

In yesterday's tie between Accrington and Crewe, both the referee and fourth official went off injured and, after a lengthy delay, the two managers were forced to decide which end the linesman would run the line by a coin toss.

An extremely unusual situation, I'm sure you will agree, but we want to know your experiences of daft refereeing situations.

Ever had to rope a mate in to officiate in a Sunday league game? Have you yourself been plucked out of the crowd at a match you're watching to run the rule?
