  1. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

Christoph Zimmerman has to receive treatment after that challenge but he quickly returns to the field after being forced off.

Incidentally, Spurs have gone to a back four after the break.

  2. Postpublished at 47 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

    Great tackle.

Spurs show their intent early on as Christian Erisken splits the Norwich defence with a terrific through ball for Dele Alli.

The England midfielder is in behind but Christoph Zimmerman produces a brilliant slide-tackle to knock the ball behind for a corner.

    Timed to perfection.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 18:32 Greenwich Mean Time 28 December 2019

    HT: Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

I thought Jose would make changes, and he's made two of them at the start of the second half.

Lucas Moura and Davinson Sanchez have replaced Jan Vertonghen and Juan Foyth.

    HT: Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

Right then, we're all set for the second half...

Can Spurs hit back or will Norwich continue to push forward?

From a former Spurs player. Make of this what you will...

  7. HALF-TIME - Norwich 1-0 Tottenhampublished at 18:17 Greenwich Mean Time 28 December 2019

That's all for the first half.

  8. Postpublished at 45 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

We will have two minutes of added time...

  9. Postpublished at 42 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

Norwich are back on the ball and each pass is being cheered by the home fans.

Spurs have been sloppy and lacklustre in this half, but you can bet your bottom dollar Jose will be having words with his players at the break.

  10. Postpublished at 39 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

Spurs have been lifted by that decision and they finally enjoy a brief period of possession, but Dele Alli's shot is fired into the side-netting.

  11. DISALLOWED GOAL - Norwich 1-0 Tottenhampublished at 34 mins

I really don't see how that has been given but Teemu Pukki is adjuged to be offside and the goal is chalked off.

When the ball is played over by Mario Vrancic, he appears to be behind the last defender but the referee has ruled out the goal.

Watch Match of the Day tonight and make up your own mind on that one.

    On we go...

  12. VAR checkpublished at 18:06 Greenwich Mean Time 28 December 2019

    Norwich 2-0 Tottenham

Hang on, it's being referred to VAR, of course.

I can't see much wrong with that but play is being halted as the checks are carried out.

  13. goal

GOAL - Norwich 2-0 Tottenhampublished at 32 mins

    Teemu Pukki

    High calibre centre-forward play.

Mario Vrancic pings a ball into Teemu Pukki, who brings it down with aplomb off his chest before sliding it past Paulo Gazzaniga.

Great goal, and just what Norwich deserve.

  14. Postpublished at 30 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

Alexander Tettey lofts the ball into the Spurs box but Paulo Gazzaniga is in quickly to claim the ball with Emiliano Buendia poised to pounce.

Norwich are being patient in their build-up and then play forward with real intent.

  15. Postpublished at 27 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

Emiliano Buendia is beginning to pull the strings in the middle of the park for Norwich and the ball is played wide to Onel Hernandez.

The forward cuts in on his right but his shot is wild and wayward. Spurs are struggling to retain possession at the moment.

  16. Postpublished at 24 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

Norwich are on the up and they are playing with a real intensity now. Onel Hernandez is proving tricky for Spurs to contain but they are open to the counter if they lose possession.

    It's beautifully poised...

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21 mins

    Norwich 1-0 Tottenham

    Hero to villain?

Well not quite, but Mario Vranic goes into the book for a rash tackle on Tanguy Ndombele, deep inside the Spurs half.

Norwich are pressing high and forcing Spurs into mistakes but they have to be careful with their tackles.

  18. goal

GOAL - Norwich 1-0 Tottenhampublished at 18 mins

    Mario Vrancic

    Norwich have lift off!

I told you Juan Foyth was having a shaky start and the Spurs defender loses the ball in his own half.

Mario Vrancic bursts clear on his first Premier League start and tucks the ball past Paulo Gazzaniga with a smart finish.

    What have Spurs got now?

  19. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Norwich 0-0 Tottenham

You expect to see the net bulge when Harry Kane goes one-on one, but Tim Krul does brilliantly.

It's route one from Spurs as Toby Alderweireld pumps the ball long to Kane, who is virtually unopposed.

Kane's first touch is good but Krul is quickly off his line to cut the space and does well to block the shot.

  20. Postpublished at 14 mins

    Norwich 0-0 Tottenham

Juan Foyth has had a poor start to this game and the Argentine concedes a foul close to the touchline inside his own half.

The free-kick is poor but Foyth has had a shaky few minutes at the back for Spurs.
