El Ghazi continues to roll around, on and off the pitch, before he's finally helped off to receive treatment.

It didn't look a deliberate elbow, btw. Bednarek caught El Ghazi with his trailing arm.

Moussa Djenepo is causing havoc for Southampton.

Pepe Reina plays a poor ball out of his box and the hosts win it back in their own half. Danny Ings lays it off to Djenepo and Reina makes amends by blocking his shot.

Bit confusion in the Saints' defence there as Alex McCarthy comes out to clear from the edge of the box but it's blocked by Villa striker Mbwana Samatta.

Thankfully for the hosts, the ball loops out for a goal-kick just before Samatta can keep it in play.

Danny Ings pokes it past Tyrone Mings on the edge of the Villa box to get through on goal but Pepe Reina is out quickly to block his shot.

The hosts keep the attack alive and cut it back for Moussa Djenepo, who blazes over right-footed from near the penalty spot.

What a poor goal to give away. Villa were so lackadaisical getting back to the danger. They have to get the right side of the ball much quicker – poor defending.
