Azrael: Turkey have been so poor this tournament. A very disappointing tournament for them.

A Costa: Poor from Turkey's perspective. The so called 'dark horses'. We really haven't seen any quality from them.

James: You’d just know Shaqiri would score a screamer at some point - not many would’ve expected it to come with his right foot though!

Colin: And that is exactly why Liverpool should give Shaqiri more playing time.

It is wonderful turn around the corner for Shaqiri and the keeper pulls out an absolute worldy save to put it past the post, He should be scoring there. It should be 3-0. Just shows you what goals do, they bring confidence.

Wow. Dig that one out. It is good build-up play. They keep it alive and it is a superb touch from Shaqiri to roll it and open it up. The keeper has no chance. What a finish. The justification there for sticking with him.

    An absolute wonderstrike!!

Oh my goodness, what a hit this is from Xherdan Shaqiri.

Swiss boss Vladimir Petkovic kept faith with the Liverpool man today and how he has been repaid.

They keep the ball alive on the edge of the area, eventually finding Shaqiri on the edge of the 'D' and the midfielder looks up and curls a sumptuous strike into the top corner of the net.

    Ugurcan Cakir had no chance.

Again it is really, good play. It falls to Tufan on the edge of the box and he is trying to curl in that top corner but he doesn't quite get the dip on it. They must hit the target if they want to get back into this game.

The AC Milan midfielder finds Fenerbahce's Ozan Tufan who fires over from range again.

Switzerland will take that all day long.
