Norwich head that corner clear at the near post but Sheffield United keep the visitors penned in their own third before an Oliver Norwood foul on Teemu Pukki relieves the pressure.

Home captain Billy Sharp does well to hold the ball up before playing it wide for Jack O'Connell, whose outswinging cross is turned behind for a corner.

Alex Tettey heads it out at the back post for another corner.

Max Aarons stays down after a clumsy challenge from John Fleck. The Blades' midfielder got a bit of the ball - but not much. Expect the Norwich right-back will be able to run this off.

And there's the first chance. The Blades work it out wide for Billy Sharp and his cross meets striker partner Oli McBurnie. He connects with a firm header and Tim Krul reaches up to turn it over the bar.

The corner is played short before Krul comes out to take the cross clearly.

A run of seven points from a possible nine has given Sheffield United hope of qualifying for the Champions League, never mind the Europa League.

They come into today's game in eighth place - four points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.

Norwich have had a good week, beating Leicester in the league then getting past Tottenham in the FA Cup.

It shows the Canaries are still fighting and will give them confidence too.

I am sure Norwich will give it another good go at Bramall Lane to try and make it three wins in a row, but I just don't see them going to Sheffield United and getting anything.

The Blades have already beaten them once this season - when they fought back from a goal down to win at Carrow Road before Christmas.

Chris Wilder's side are well organised, hard to break down and dangerous going forward and I am backing them to win again, and do the double.

    Lawro's prediction: 2-0

Tom Grennan's prediction: Norwich keeper Tim Krul did so well in the shootout against Spurs - did you see his bottle with all their penalties written on it? I think they might win this one too. 0-1

    Norwich City

Last Friday's win over Leicester has boosted Norwich's hopes of avoiding relegation. They come into today's game six points from safety.

Boss Daniel Farke said: "We are realistic and know we are bottom of the league. We have to earn the right to play here next season, so we are not carried away.

"I don't want to stop the feel-good factor we have, but I don't see any danger of us being over confident or losing the ground beneath our feet."

    Sheffield United

Before the game, Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder was asked if the Premier League or the FA Cup takes greater priority for the Blades.

He replied: "No, it's full tilt at both, 100% and on to the next game. "It's all to play for. There's 11 league games and hopefully a little bit longer in the FA Cup would be fantastic for the football club.

"We've been out of the spotlight for quite a while now and I'm glad that we are doing everybody proud in terms of our performances in the league and cup competitions."

In the FA Cup in midweek, both sides managed to get through on the road to set up mouth-watering quarter-final tie, with Sheffield United set to host Arsenal while Norwich will welcome Manchester United to Carrow Road.

But now it's back to the nitty-gritty of the Premier League - and both teams have plenty to play for.
