Quique Setién makes four changes to the side which started in Thursday's Copa del Rey quarter-final defeat by Athletic Bilbao.
Samuel Umtiti and Junior Firpo replace the suspended Gerard Pique and Jordi Alba in defence, while Arturo Vidal and Antoine Griezmann also come in for Ivan Rakitic and Ansu Fati.
