    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

Fifth booking of the opening half an hour.

Mainz's Leandro Barreiro is caught late by Sebastian Rudy and that is another yellow card.

    This one ain't ending 11 v 11, I assure you that.

  2. Postpublished at 15:01 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Schalke 0-0 Werder Bremen

Schalke look so much for solid at the back with Alexander Nubel in goal, he comes for a cross and takes it cleanly.

Understudy Markus Schubert who had come in in recent games - unfortunately - dropped some real clangers for the side.

  3. goal

GOAL - Wolfsburg 0-1 Eintracht Frankfurtpublished at 15:00 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Andre Silva

Wolfsburg have been threatening but they find themselves behind after a moment of madness by Marin Pongracic who clearly pulls the shirt of a Frankfurt player inside the penalty area.

It's a booking and a penalty! Andre Silva steps up to score.

Frankfurt, who have a poor away record, are ahead!

  4. MISSED PENALTYpublished at 14:57 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

Full-back Steven Zuber steps up to take the penalty for Hoffenheim...

...and it is SAVED by Florian Muller, diving low to his right.

Jacob Bruun Larsen cannot convert the follow-up.

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 14:55 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Wolfsburg 0-0 Eintracht Frankfurt

Wolfsburg are beginning to seriously threaten and Croatia winger Josip Brekalo looks certain to score from inside the penalty area but that's a great save by the Frankfurt keeper - he had no right to keep that out!

  7. PENALTY TO HOFFENHEIMpublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

Great run by Hoffenheim's Christoph Baumgartner, bursting right though the middle of the pitch.

He enters the arena and is sandwiched by Bote Baku and Alexander Hack.

    Hack indeed.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Schalke 0-0 Werder Bremen

Regret putting that first yellow card entry in.

We've had another, Werder centre-back Sebastian Langkamp with a cynical trip on Weston McKennie who was posing a huge threat with his sharp run.

  9. CLOSE!published at 14:52 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

    Nice from the home side.

Robin Quaison slipping through a precise pass to Jean-Philippe Mateta in on goal, but Hoffenheim goalkeeper Olivier Baumann shows excellent anticipation to dart off his line and get the ball to safety with a well-timed sliding challenge.

  10. Postpublished at 14:50 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Wolfsburg 0-0 Eintracht Frankfurt

Jerome Roussillon's game is all about pace and the Wolfsburg full-back gets forward to whip in what looks like a cross. Or was it a shot? It doesn't matter. It comes to nothing but

  11. YELLOW CARDSpublished at 14:50 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

These lot need to calm down a bit, they're really releasing all the pent up frustration. What a feisty 20 minutes we have had.

Hoffenheim's Diadie Samassekou goes charging in on Jean-Paul Boetius from behind and gets a yellow, as does Jeffrey Bruma for a late lunge.

No-one can argue with any of these bookings.

  12. Postpublished at 14:48 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Schalke 0-0 Werder Bremen

Schalke goalkeeper Alexander Nubel is back into the side having been dropped for the last few months as he is joining Bayern Munich on a free next season.

The management did not take too kindly to that.

His first save is a very comfortable catch from Davy Klaassen's deflected shot which loops nicely into this hands.

  13. Postpublished at 14:47 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Hertha Berlin 0-0 Augsburg

Not a lot to report from the Olympic Stadium.

Hertha's Norwegian keeper Rune Jarstein - nicknamed the octopus - has just been flattened but he's okay to carry on.

He's making his 150th Bundesliga appearance for Hertha in this match.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:45 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

Christmas come early this, not just because of the live footy.

Another card incoming, this time for Mainz defender Bote Baku for a challenge from behind to stop a breakaway.

Players really getting stuck in today.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:43 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

Can really hear all the 'oohs and aahs' coming from the pitch, the pitchside microphones picking everything up.

Hoffenheim debutant Melayro Bogarde sees a yellow card brandished in his direction for a late stamp on the top of the boot of Moussa Niakhate.

    A painful one.

  16. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:43 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Wolfsburg 0-0 Eintracht Frankfurt

    Decent by the visitors!

Former Newcastle United defender Kevin Mbabu gives away a free-kick midway inside his own half and Frankfurt create an opening as Daichi Kamada whips in a cross which is only just cleared.

Wolfsburg break but Brazilian winger Joao Victor is booked for an over enthusiastic challenge. Frustrating for the hosts so far.

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 14:38 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Mainz 0-0 Hoffenheim

Close to the opener in Mainz.

Robert Skov curls a lovely, left-footed free-kick from 25 yards out which is heading fro the top corner but Hoffenheim goalkeeper Florian Muller dives full stretch high to his right to tip the ball away.

Stunning save - David de Gea-esque.

  18. Postpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Wolfsburg 0-0 Eintracht Frankfurt

Decent start by Wolfsburg and Josip Brekalo tries to bulldoze his way through the Eintracht Frankfurt defence but takes one touch too many and the visitors are able to clear.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Schalke 0-0 Werder Bremen

A very early booking for Schalke striker Michael Gregoritsch for a nasty, shin-high challenge on Kevin Vogt.

You could hear the scream echoing all around Gelsenkirchen.

Lucky not to see red for that you know.

  20. Postpublished at 14:35 British Summer Time 30 May 2020

    Schalke 0-0 Werder Bremen

Fifa 2020 players currently chucking whatever they have in their hands at the TV.

This one has a horrible shadow all across the pitch from the height of the stands and the screen hanging at the top of the stadium.

Can we restart in evening mode please?
