    Saarbrucken 0-2 Bayer Leverkusen

Another goal and this will definitely be all over. Lucas Alario chests down Wendell's pass but screws his volley well wide.

  2. Postpublished at 27 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-2 Bayer Leverkusen

Think I can confidently say this would be the greatest German Cup shock of all time now if Saarbrucken could turn this round.

  3. Postpublished at 24 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-2 Bayer Leverkusen

Another half chance for the underdogs but Steven Zellner heads over the bar.

  4. Postpublished at 23 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-2 Bayer Leverkusen

Saarbrucken have their first shot of the game but it's a weak one from Steven Zellner from long range and the Leverkusen keeper gathers. That's one shot to nine so far. The hosts have had 13% possession.

  5. goal

GOAL - Saarbrucken 0-2 Bayer Leverkusenpublished at 19 mins

    Lucas Alario

Oh oh. Bayer Leverkusen double their lead.

The Saarbrucken goalkeeper and one of his defenders make a mess out of dealing with a Kerem Demirbay cross and Lucas Alario smashes the volley home from the loose ball.

  6. Postpublished at 18 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-1 Bayer Leverkusen

Bayer Leverkusen's 17-year-old Florian Wirtz almost scores his second goal in a week but shoots straight at Daniel Batz, who saved five penalties in the quarter-final.

  7. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-1 Bayer Leverkusen

Saarbrucken had said they wouldn't know for sure if they were match fit until the game started. They're looking a bit rusty so far - but then again they are against an opponent three divisions above them.

  8. Postpublished at 15 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-1 Bayer Leverkusen

Wendell crosses and Lucas Alario heads over. Saarbrucken just need to weather this storm.

  9. Postpublished at 14 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-1 Bayer Leverkusen

A second Bayer Leverkusen goal could kill this game off - let's hope that doesn't happen from a neutral/underdog point of view. Karim Bellarabi has a free-kick but blasts it into the wall.

  10. goal

GOAL - Saarbrucken 0-1 Bayer Leverkusenpublished at 12 mins

    Moussa Diaby

Sorry, I think I just jinxed Saarbrucken.

It's a nice goal for Bayer Leverksen as Moussa Diaby lets Karim Bellarabi's ball forward go over his shoulder before volleying it through the keeper's legs.

  11. Postpublished at 11 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

Much more promising from the hosts. Timm Golley runs onto a long ball but slips in the box and then Leverkusen's goalkeeper is almost closed down. At least they're giving the visitors something to think about now.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 8 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

Saarbrucken's first venture forward and Leverkusen defender Edmond Tapsoba gets booked for fouling Steven Zellner.

The free-kick is headed away and the offside flag eventually ends the move.

  13. Postpublished at 6 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

Kerem Demirbay has a 20-yard shot blocked, corner to Leverkusen. But the home defence deal with it.

  14. Postpublished at 6 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

No crowd noise piped in for this one, you can just hear the shouts from players and the benches. This would have been a 6,800 sell-out, just like Saarbrucken's previous three cup games.

  15. Postpublished at 3 mins

    Saarbrucken 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

    It's all Leverkusen so far.

Charles Aranguiz has a shot blocked. Saarbrucken are basically penned into their own box.

  16. Postpublished at 1 min

    Saarbrucken 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

Saabrucken take the kick-off... and boot it straight out for a goal-kick. I think they were aiming for the corner.

  17. KICK-OFFpublished at 1 min

    Saarbrucken 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

Here we go. Will we witness one of the greatest cup stories of all time tonight?

Saarbrucken v Bayer Leverkusen (19:45 BST)

Saarbrucken leave their top goalscorer in this cup run - Gillian Jurcher - and their top assister - Kianz Froese - on the bench.

There are two changes from their cup win in the last round over Fortuna Dusseldorf back in March - Timm Golley and Sebastian Jacob.

Bayer Leverkusen make five changes from their 4-2 defeat by Bayern Munich.

There is a start for 17-year-old Florian Wirtz, who became the youngest Bundesliga goalscorer ever in that game. Star man Kai Havertz is out through injury.

Saarbrucken: Batz, Barylla, Schorch, Uaferro, Muller, Golley, Perdedaj, Zeitz, Janicke, Jacob, Zellner. Subs: Bulic, Vunguidica, Mendler, Froese, Jurcher, Breitenbach, Miotke, Eisele, Castellucci.

Bayer Leverkusen: Hradecky, Weiser, Tapsoba, Bender, Wendell, Aranguiz, Demirbay, Wirtz, Paulinho, Diaby, Alario. Subs: Tah, Dragovic, Amiri, Baumgartlinger, Palacios, Ozcan, Stanilewicz, Volland, Bellarabi.

  20. What about Leverkusen?published at 19:41 British Summer Time 9 June 2020

Saarbrucken v Bayer Leverkusen (19:45 BST)

Bayer Leverkusen are fifth in the Bundesliga - only outside the top four on goal difference - after three wins and two defeats since the restart.

They lost 4-2 to Bayern Munich on Saturday.

Coach Peter Bosz said: "I think it's an advantage for us not to have a crowd.

"In a full stadium, every attack and every time they're in possession would get the home fans going and that helps the players. That won't be the case here."
