Celta Vigo v Barcelona (16:00 BST)

Barcelona make four changes from their 1-0 win over Athletic Bilbao.

Youngsters Ansu Fati and Riqui Puig, Ivan Rakitic and Samuel Umtiti come in. Antoine Griezmann is among those to drop to the bench.

Celta Vigo midfielder Denis Suarez faces his former club. Substitute Nolito was a recent emergency signing... because their goalkeeper is injured.

    German Bundesliga

It's the final day of the Bundesliga today and there are some very interesting scorelines.

Werder Bremen either need to win and Fortuna Dusseldorf lose to move into the relegation play-off place (as opposed to automatic relegation) or win 4-0 and Dusseldorf draw.

Werder lead Cologne 4-0 and Dusseldorf are 2-0 down to Union Berlin.

Elsewhere, Borussia Dortmund are losing 4-0 to Hoffenheim. Andrej Kramaric has scored all four.
