    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Georgi Kostadinov is treated for cramp so the players take the chance to have a drink and a bit of a chat.

We are now back under way with 11 minutes remaining.

Worth remembering I'd written off Finland as a 0-0 draw at this stage as well.

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Neco Williams has got forward at every opportunity and has added a real energy to the Wales attack.

So a very welcome 90 minutes for Gareth Bale.

That was not a fully fit David Brooks but it was still great to see.

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

That's David Brooks' last contribution, he's replaced by Jonny Williams.

  6. CLOSE!published at 74 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

    Ooof. Wales' best move.

A lovely ball by Gareth Bale across the field, a lovely touch by Daniel James and David Brooks' drive grazes the crossbar.

  7. Postpublished at 72 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Jonny Williams is about to come on, so I presume they won't both get 90 minutes.

  8. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

I have just worked out that Wales will now give either David Brooks or Gareth Bale the full 90 minutes.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 70 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Spas Delev, who started against the Republic of Ireland, is on to replace Galin Ivanov.

  10. CLOSE!published at 67 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Well worked move from Wales, Daniel James combines with David Brooks and fires at Georgi Georgiev who is able to save.

  11. Postpublished at 66 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Neco Williams and Gareth Bale combine well down the Wales right.

How many times are we going to say that in the future?

A lot; would be my guess.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 65 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Connor Roberts comes off for Neco Williams who makes his home debut for Wales in his natural position of right back.

He came on in Helsinki as a right winger.

  13. Postpublished at 63 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

A first effort on goal for Bulgaria as Yanis Karabelyov heads over from a freekick, under pressure from Ben Davies.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 61 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

    Hal. Robson.

    Hal. Robson-Kanu.

    He's back.

After three years, HRK is back in a Wales shirt as he replaces Kieffer Moore, who had a frustrating afternoon.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 60 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Matt Smith goes into the book.

  16. Postpublished at 58 mins

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

Wales' best spell of the match.

David James finds Gareth Bale after a nice interchange with David Books, but his shot is blocked.

  17. Not been Kieffer Moore's day so far...published at 15:13 British Summer Time 6 September 2020

A lovely Wales move is ended abruptly by a terrible, wayward pass by Gareth Bale.

Not something you can say often, or ever.

Kieffer Moore doesn't get much from referees, does he?

Former Wales striker Iwan Roberts is commentating for BBC Radio Cymru sat a few seats away from me and, as a former big centre-forward who used to relish heading the ball like Moore, he has some sympathy for the Wales striker.

    Wales 0-0 Bulgaria

David Brooks drifts a freekick in that is too close to goalkeeper Georgi Georgiev and Kieffer Moore barges the goalkeeper like it's 1960 and he is Bobby Smith and he's obviously never getting away with that one.

Wales are much-improved though and look livelier.
