    LASK v Tottenham (17:55 GMT)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho on BT Sport, talking about Harry Winks being left on the bench: "Options, and I see the same kind of options everywhere - good squads, lots of options, tendencies for the squads to improve, the squad this season is better than the squad I found when I arrived.

"Last season Tanguy (Ndombele) was not playing and you asked why he was not playing, you do your job and I do my job. I always try to do my best for the team.

"First of all we needed to qualify in the play-offs, the second step is to qualify in the group stage. The job is not done.

"Teams are coming from the Champions League and of course these teams will be favourite."

    LASK v Tottenham (17:55 GMT)

I thought it was cold in Salford today but seems like it is nothing to how cold it is in Austria tonight.

Some chap has just been lobbing a load of salt around the edge of the pitch to deal with the ice and a little further away from the grass there is even snow.

  8. 'Football getting some of its soul back with fans return'published at 17:24 Greenwich Mean Time 3 December 2020

A significant moment in English football last night as a limited number of fans were allowed back into a handful of grounds in the English Football League.

Tonight, Arsenal will become the first Premier League club to host fans this season with 2,000 set to be in attendance at the Emirates.

It does make the hairs on the back of your neck stand listening to the below and, as our chief football writer Phil McNulty describes in his article here, having fans back has given football some of its soul back.

    .

Tottenham are tied on nine points at the top of Group J but second to Antwerp because of an inferior head-to-head record.

As I've already said, a point against LASK will seal qualification tonight and Spurs will be keen to get progress wrapped up ahead of a big game against rivals Arsenal on Sunday.

    Two down, one to go.

Jose Mourinho's men need just a point from their final two group games to go through. Will they get the job done in Austria this evening?
