    It's only 14 months since Watford reappointed Quique Sanchez Flores as their head coach after announcing the exit of Javi Gracia.

    How did that work out?

    Gracia, 50, has since surfaced at Valencia, where he has overseen two wins, two draws and four defeats in his first eight league games of the season.

    The former Osasuna and Malaga boss has managed six La Liga games against Real Madrid. He is still seeking a first win over them.

    It's an ever changing picture at the top of La Liga.

    After Atletico Madrid went to the summit following a 4-0 win over Cadiz on Saturday, Villarreal moved top earlier with a 3-1 win at Getafe.

    However, Real Sociedad have since beaten Granada 2-0 to move into pole position.

    If Real Madrid win at Valencia, they will go into the international break one point off the summit.
