The Premiership side have been awarded a 3-0 win but are already out of the running following shock defeats to Annan and Stranraer.
Ayr United and Stranraer will duke it out at Somerset Park for top spot in Group F.
Celtic, Rangers, Motherwell and Aberdeen all skipped this stage as Scotland's European representatives and will be seeded in Sunday's draw for the last 16.
Hearts are also through and will be seeded after winning four from four in Group A.
