Kilmarnock were reduced to 10 men in the opening minutes when Stuart Findlay was given a straight red card for tripping Ross Stewart.
Eamonn Brophy gave Kilmarnock a lead shortly afterwards and the home side went close twice to increasing their advantage. But with their only attempt on target Ross County drew level through Tom Grivosti, to set up a riveting second half.

Neither side have really grabbed a hold of the initiative and may need a half-time pep talk to do so.
