Replays of that Thibaut Courtois error just keep on coming on the TV.

That is just horrible. It really is.

Victor Laguardia challenges for a corner in the Real box, he thinks he has been fouled but the decision is given against him.

Real have not looked convincing tonight, but at least at 1-0 they had every chance.

They've not looked like a side that can pull back a 2-0 deficit though.

It's been a bright start to the second half by Real Madrid.

Should it stay like this, Real will be six points adrift of joint leaders Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid after 10 games.

Atletico, though, have played nine.

They'd also be six points above 14th-placed Barcelona, who have played two games less.

Alaves certainly came under a bit more pressure in the final 10 minutes of the first half.

Real have won 12 of their last 13 matches against Alaves in La Liga, 14 of their 15 home league matches against them, and kept a clean sheet in the last five.

Since the start of the 2019-20 season, Real have only lost one of 22 home games in La Liga.

But it's not going to plan tonight.

They have the players to turn this around, of course.

It's also half-time in Ligue 1, where two goals in as many minutes have put Paris St-Germain ahead against Bordeaux, despite falling behind 10 minutes in.

They're on course to go five points clear as it stands.

Alaves will be very, very happy with that.

Real Madrid need to improve, a lot.

Just one minute of added time to come at the end of a frustrating first half for Real Madrid.

The free-kick from Kroos is headed out for a corner and, again, Alaves do just about enough to prevent anything dropping for the opposition.
