    Sevilla 0-0 Real Madrid

What a move, what a save. Best moment of the game.

Lucas Vazquez cuts in from the right and plays a pass which Vinicius Jr lets run through his legs to Karim Benzema.

Benzema tries to curl it bottom cormer from the edge of the box but Sevilla keeper Bono does well to get down low and tip it around the post.

  2. Postpublished at 37 mins

    Sevilla 0-0 Real Madrid

Unlucky for Sevilla. They have a decent attack and, off the ball, Luuk de Jong accidentally trips Nacho and concedes a free-kick.

  8. Postpublished at 21 mins

    Sevilla 0-0 Real Madrid

Better from Toni Kroos as he curls a shot just wide from outside the box. A lot closer than Casemiro's effort a few minutes ago.

  9. Postpublished at 20 mins

    Sevilla 0-0 Real Madrid

Poor ball by Toni Kroos - you don't hear that too often - as he hits it between Vinicius Jr and Lucas Vazquez and kills a good attack.

Toni Kroos takes, Bono flaps and Casemiro can't take advantage.

    Here we go.

  20. 'Real are complete team,' says Lopeteguipublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

Sevilla are managed by Julen Lopetegui, who had a four-and-a-half-month spell as Real Madrid boss in 2018.

"We know our opponents, we don't have to find out about them," he said.

"They're a complete team in all game situations, and also in terms of alternatives, too.

"Real Madrid are always dangerous, and even more so in these situations. They're a team that have answers for many situations and now that feeds into them to give a good performance.

"I'm expecting a strong Real Madrid, who will demand the best version of us. For me, the most important thing is how we approach the encounter."
