"Olosunde got the goal but also played really well and made Lucas Digne work hard.

"I think how hard Rotherham had to work eventually caught up with them. The performance was high energy, they were getting to Everton quick and stopped Everton playing. But once Everton started making substitutions it really told. Rotherham should be proud of themselves."

On the how hard the club worked to prepare the ground: "[For the financial rewards] it was so important to get the game on today. The groundsman slept here last night, they put heaters on the pitch just so we could get it on and now we can all enjoy and savour this moment."

    FT: Chorley 2-0 Derby

"We were going to treat Derby with respect either way, so when we found out there was a mass Covid outbreak in their camp, we just kind of said whatever team they send out, they are going to be capable in the game if we're not on. Our game plan didn't change, we wanted to press, we didn't let them play out and that worked today.

"I think if we were playing the first team, we would've liked to have played out a bit more. For the first 10-15 minutes, we seemed to have the physical presence, so we thought 'why change it?' We did well today and we executed it perfectly."

Alan: VAR is only being used in some games today. Are some games also being played with no offsides and jumpers for goal posts?

Dean: I can understand the arguments against it, but I can't see why you wouldn't use VAR when you have the ability. We would have seen Rotherham out there without a correct VAR call (Correct in what we've been seeing this year anyway)

    Everton 2-1 Rotherham

Everton are managing this well now, which hasn't been the case for the whole game. They are eating into time by holding on to the ball.

Tosun should actually put the game to bed but after been given a sight of goal he wants an extra touch which allows MacDonald to slide in and tackle.
