Probably fair to say Morecambe are defending quite deeply.

HT: Man City 3-0 Birmingham City

Goalkeeper Zach Steffen is the only Manchester City player to have had fewer touches of the ball than any of the Birmingham City team.

The hosts made 448 passes in the first half, compared to Birmingham City's 126.

It's football, and anything can happen, but you really struggle to see any way back into this for Aitor Karanka's men.

Christoph: This Leeds performance reeks of Everton & Arsenal yesterday. Can’t see them winning this in 90 minutes. Created nothing.

Frazer: Mark Wright to come off the bench and score the winner here...

Craig: Werner finally scores against a league two side with a tap in on the line... he missed terribly the last time had that chance.

Richard: Oh look Havertz plays closer to Werner and they combine to score. Who could possibly have known that this tactical change could lead to better results from both of them.

  8. Postpublished at 14:24 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

HT: Crawley Town 0-0 Leeds United

Leeds might have dominated, but Crawley enjoyed the best chance of the first half.

  9. 'Foden has been outstanding'published at 14:22 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

HT: Man City 3-0 Birmingham City

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Leeds and Liverpool defender on BBC TV

I say about Kevin de Bruyne but Phil Foden has been absolutely outstanding in that first half.

    Jermaine Beckford
Ex-Leeds Utd striker on BBC One

Crawley are dominating the middle of the field and they're not letting Leeds get into their groove.

They look a real threat from set pieces too.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 14:20 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

    Man City 3-0 Birmingham City

A tough half for Birmingham City comes to an end.

Bernardo Silva's double and Phil Foden's third have put Man City firmly in control.

Foden and Kevin de Bruyne have been excellent.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

    Barnsley 0-0 Tranmere

Chances at both ends but goalless at the break.

GOAL - Bristol City 1-1 Portsmouthpublished at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

    Callum Johnson (45+2 mins)

Right on the stroke of half-time!

Bristol City looked to be comfortably edging towards the break but Portsmouth attack down the left with a well-constructed move and Andrew Cannon pulls a neat pass back across goal for Callum Johnson to place into the far corner.

    All square.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

Timo Werner's goal on the stroke of half time puts the gloss on Chelsea's first 45 minutes after Mason Mount's early opener.

  18. Postpublished at 14:17 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

    Man City 3-0 Birmingham City

A rare foray into the Manchester City half for the visitors sees them win a corner.

George Friend gets to it first with a header, but it's saved by Zack Steffen who quickly recovers after threatening to lose control of the ball.

At the other end, Riyad Mahrez sends a free-kick narrowly over the crossbar.

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 14:17 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

    Crawley Town 0-0 Leeds United

    And that is the break.

  20. Postpublished at 14:16 Greenwich Mean Time 10 January 2021

    Crawley Town 0-0 Leeds United

Doubt Marcelo Bielsa will be that impressed with his side's performance in the first half, they've had a couple of decent opportunities but Crawley have looked fairly comfortable and it is the hosts who have enjoyed the best chance so far.
