  1. USA ahead in Northern Irelandpublished at 17:41 British Summer Time 28 March 2021

    Northern Ireland 0-1 USA

Gio Reyna has put USA 1-0 up over Northern Ireland 15 minutes shy of the first half. He blasted in a shot from 22-yards out and it's took a massive deflection off the defender and evaded the keeper.

    Follow that game here.

    Albania 0-1 England

Harry Kane has now scored at 17 different stadiums while playing for England; only Wayne Rooney (27) and Michael Owen (25) have scored at more.

  3. 'Kane worked so hard to get across the centre-half'published at 17:41 British Summer Time 28 March 2021

Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

It was brilliant from Kane - he's hardly been in the game. A fantastic run - he knew what he was doing.

The direction of the header was perfect. He worked so hard to get across the centre-half.

GOAL - Albania 0-1 Englandpublished at 17:39 British Summer Time 28 March 2021

    Harry Kane

    Finally, a moment of class.

England's attack looks to have dwindled, but they regain possession high up and set up Luke Shaw for a cross that Harry Kane dives in to head into the far corner. Superb finish to a superb cross.

I'm claiming some of that for saying Kane looked lost in the prior entry!

    Albania 0-0 England

Harry Kane is stranded up top. Lost. A long ball forward tries to get him in around the back, but instead Kane ends up on the turf and the ball behind for a goal-kick.

    Albania 0-0 England

There are some very frustrated England players out there. Declan Rice tries to drive forward but is muscled off the ball and ends up fouling his man.

    Albania 0-0 England

A shot. On target. Probably says a lot that England's best effort at goal so far is a drive from way out from Kyle Walker that is comfortably saved.

    Denmark 3-0 Moldova

Mikkel Damsgaard scores his second goal for the Danes, who are running rampant against Group F rivals Moldova at the MCH Arena in Herning.

Scotland have plenty of time to prepare for the Danes - they play them in September.

    Albania 0-0 England

Phil Foden has been as creative as anyone for England so far but only from free-kicks. He swings a delivery in from the right and it is just an inch too high for the rising Declan Rice.

    Albania 0-0 England

There have been moments where England have looked vulnerable. Armando Broja is almost found again in the box but the angled pass is too heavy and there for Pope to gather.

  11. Danes score two goals in three minutespublished at 17:29 British Summer Time 28 March 2021

    Denmark 2-0 Moldova

Denmark score two goals in three minutes in their Group F qualifier against Moldova.

Kasper Dolberg gave the Scandinavians the lead from the spot before Mikkel Damsgaard added a second with a poked finish.

The win would put the Danes five points clear of their rivals.

    Albania 0-0 England

You may be thinking that something is wrong with this feed and you're missing updates. You're not. Nothing of note is happening barring England shifting the ball around in midfield and not really going anywhere.

    Albania 0-0 England

Albania are well organised, England aren't moving the ball quickly enough. Sadly, it is a combination that is making for a pretty drab game of football.

    Northern Ireland 0-0 USA

Don't forget Northern Ireland are also in action against USA - that one kicked off about 15 minutes ago.

    Albania 0-0 England

Kane does hit it, but low and straight into the wall. The referee also whistles for a bit of shoving from England players.

    Albania 0-0 England

The referee wastes no time in whipping out a yellow card after Ardian Ismajli and a team-mate crunch Mason Mount on the edge of the box. This is a good chance for England to test the home keeper. Kane wants it.

    Albania 0-0 England

There was a lot of talk before the game about the surface this game was being played on. I'm not saying the grass is long but every player has come out with a machete.

Matt Self: Too negative. Too sideways. Will drive Rice mad not having someone like Lingard to run at people. Lost count on the times England cut back and pass back

Davey Hugs: When England beat Albania 3-1 in 2001, the game was shown live on Channel 5. First time I'd ever seen electronic advertising before, and they were mostly advertising that the movie Get Carter (1971) was going to be shown after the game!

As long as it was the original and not the awful Stallone remake

England dealing primarily in corners at the moment. This one comes to little also, with Harry Kane fouling his man before diverting Foden's delivery wide.

  20. 'Albania can cut through you on this pitch'published at 17:15 British Summer Time 28 March 2021

    Albania 0-0 England

    Rob Green
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

That was as good a chance as they are going to get. Walker couldn't get across in time and it was two v one.

One under-hit pass on this long grass and Albania can cut through you.
