  1. Wins 'suspended' after St Mirren & Kilmarnock appealspublished at 12:05

The 3-0 Scottish Premiership victories awarded after Covid regulation breaches by St Mirren and Kilmarnock have been "suspended pending appeals".

Motherwell were given wins over both, and Hamilton Academical were handed the points for a game against St Mirren - all of which were postponed in October

But after St Mirren and Kilmarnock protested, the punishments are on hold.

It means Motherwell slip to 10th in the Scottish Premiership and Hamilton are now just a point off the bottom.

  2. Hibs in confident moodpublished at 11:58

    Rangers v Hibernian (12:30)

Hibernian's current run of form isn't too shabby either...

Jack Ross's side are on a 10-game unbeaten streak.

The League One clash between Dumbarton and East Fife has fallen victim to the weather, after failing a pitch inspection.

  4. Balogun back for Rangerspublished at 11:54

    Rangers v Hibernian (12:30)

Leon Balogun returns to Rangers' central defence in what is the only change to the starting XI from Wednesday's 3-0 win at St Johnstone.

Filip Helander drops to the bench as Steven Gerrard's side go for a 12th successive league win.

Still no sign of Scotland midfielder Ryan Jack, who has missed the last nine matches.

    Rangers v Hibernian (12:30)

Christian Doidge nodded home the equaliser in a pulsating 2-2 draw when the sides locked horns at Easter Road in September.

Alfredo Morelos and Scott Arfield had nudged Rangers' noses in front following Drey Wright's opener.

However, there will be no Doidge heroics for the visitors at Ibrox today. The striker will be cooling his heels after his red card in the victory over St Mirren in the last Premiership game before Christmas.

  7. Rangers in title-winning form?published at 11:45

    Rangers v Hibernian (12:30)

Steven Gerrard's side appear in the mood to secure the first Premiership title of his tenure - and in the process derail Celtic's 10-in-a-row hopes.

Rangers go into today's game against Hibs in fine fettle: 16 points clear of Celtic, having played three games more.

Alfredo Morelos may not be firing on all cylinders, but players such as Kemar Roofe are weighing in with their fair share of goals.

  9. Barnes starts between the sticks for Hibspublished at 11:42

    Rangers v Hibernian (12:30)

On-loan goalkeeper Dillon Barnes makes his first league start for Hibs. The 24-year-old from QPR was a second-half replacement for the injured Ofir Marciano in Wednesday's win over St Mirren and has made four appearances in the League Cup.

Coach Craig Samson is listed as the replacement keeper and the 36-year-old hasn't played a game in more than two years.

With striker Christian Doidge suspended, the visitors stiffen up their midfield with a return for Alex Gogic, while teenager Josh Doig is preferred to the experienced Lewis Stevenson at left-back and Drey Wright takes over from Kyle Magennis, who joins a list of enforced absentees that includes Scott Allan, Stevie Mallan and Jamie Murphy.
