    Granada 0-1 Barcelona

Another blow for Samuel Umtiti. The injury-plagued centre-back has only managed three games this season and he's down holding his groin.

He is back on his feet though. Sergino Dest appears to be hurt too.

  2. Postpublished at 23 mins

    Granada 0-1 Barcelona

Much better for Granada as Roberto Soldado flashes a shot just wide. He might have been offside anyway.

  3. Postpublished at 22 mins

    Granada 0-1 Barcelona

Granada do have an attack now but Marc-Andre ter Stegen catches Carlos Neva's low cross.

  4. Postpublished at 19 mins

    Granada 0-1 Barcelona

Barcelona are in the ascendancy now. Sergio Busquets gets a loose ball and wins a free-kick.

Granada haven't had a sniff since the goal.

    Granada 0-1 Barcelona

All four of Antoine Griezmann's four La Liga goals against Granada have been away from home - two for Atletico Madrid, one for Real Sociedad and now one for Barcelona.

  6. Postpublished at 17 mins

    Granada 0-1 Barcelona

Almost a second for Barcelona as Antoine Griezmann finds Ousmane Dembele on the right and he blasts a shot just wide of the far post.

  7. Postpublished at 17:46 Greenwich Mean Time 9 January 2021

    Granada 0-1 Barcelona

That was very confusing. The referee took a few seconds to disallow it - and then suddenly gave it (but too quickly for a VAR call). I guess once they knew Roberto Soldado actually played the ball it did not matter that Antoine Griezmann was offside.

  8. goal

GOAL - Granada 0-1 Barcelonapublished at 12 mins

    Antoine Griezmann

The goal is given! Antoine Griezmann is free in space as Roberto Soldado deflects a pass into the Barca striker's path and he makes no mistake.

  9. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 12 mins

    Granada 0-0 Barcelona

Antoine Griezmann has the ball in the net but it's disallowed. Or is it...?

  10. Postpublished at 11 mins

    Granada 0-0 Barcelona

Almost brilliant from Pedri but then he overcomplicates it. He cuts one way and then the other, but then shimmies once more into trouble and his shot is blocked.

  11. Postpublished at 8 mins

    Granada 0-0 Barcelona

Granada have had plenty of play down the left-hand side and Darwin Machís' pass is just too far for the overlapping Carlos Neva.

Sulaimon Adelekan: What a save from Ter Stegen. He is one of the best goalkeepers in the world. That would have been an early shocker for Barcelona.

  13. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Granada 0-0 Barcelona

Backs to the wall start for Barcelona. It's been all Granada for five minutes.

  14. Postpublished at 3 mins

    Granada 0-0 Barcelona

From the corner Barcelona defender Jordi Alba inadvertently plays it back to his keeper.

  15. Postpublished at 2 mins

    Granada 0-0 Barcelona

Granada almost lead within two minutes. Antonio Puertas latches onto a misplaced pass and hammers in a shot which is flying towards the top corner before Marc-Andre ter Stegen tips it wide.

  16. Postpublished at 17:33 Greenwich Mean Time 9 January 2021

    Granada 0-0 Barcelona

There was an injury to Ronald Araujo in the warm-up - and Samuel Umtiti starts instead of him.

    Granada v Barcelona (17:30 GMT)

Barcelona make just one enforced change from their 3-2 win over Athletic Bilbao.

Clement Lenglet is suspended, so Oscar Mingueza takes his place at centre-back.

Granada laboured past lower league Cultural Leonesa in the cup and make nine changes from that game.

Roberto Soldado is among the players to come back into the team.

Only full-back Carlos Neva and midfielder Yan Eteki started both games.
