City upping the ante and earn a succession of corners but Cheltenham manage to clear their lines.

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 70 mins

    Cheltenham 1-0 Man City

Not happening for City, the longer it goes on the more they concerns will grow.

Again, Phil Foden picks out a peach of a pass through to Riyad Mahrez, but the Algerian's thumping strike from inside the area is kept out by the big frame of goalkeeper Josh Griffiths.

Incredible, whatever the final score! If it were to be though, my humble opinion would suggest it'd be the greatest upset of my three decades on the planet.

As a City fan, Whatever about losing to Cheltenham - losing in a ground called Jonny-Rocks will be the ultimate humiliation.

    Well, well, well.

Huge noise and celebrations from the Cheltenham Town contingent inside The Jonny-Rocks Stadium. Is the shock on the cards?

Suspect Pep Guardiola will be thinking about the likes of Raheem Sterling, Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan if this carries on much longer.

It looks like Ruben Dias will be first, which tells you what difficulty City are having with Ben Tozer's long throws. along with Gundogan.

    Long way to go yet.

Plenty of time for City to get back into it.

Paul Collins: Get in Cheltenham. Saying that city should be winning this if they had a better striker than jesus who's more interested in falling over.

John Dunthorne: What a dangerous weapon a long throw in is.

Jezz: Cheltenham 1-0 Man City!!! The most surprising thing about that goal, is that it wasn’t scored by Tozer!!

  13. CLOSE!published at 64 mins

    Cheltenham 1-0 Man City

Cheltenham skipper Ben Tozer is having a brilliant game at the back, sliding in to block Ferran Torres shot from the angle.

Incredible, absolutely incredible. That man Ben Tozer with the throw, great finish nipped in. Aymeric Laporte was fuming I think he thought he was pushed in the back. With no VAR there's nothing to see. Brilliant finish from Alfie May.

City are asking for a push, but not for me Clive.

Even VAR wouldn't have ruled that out.

  18. goal

GOAL - Cheltenham 1-0 Man Citypublished at 58 mins

    Alfie May

    SCENES!!!!

The goal comes from Ben Tozer's long throw, City just cannot deal with it as Charlie Raglar wins the initial ball.

It drops in the six yard box, no defender is in sight and Alfie May nips in to clip a confident finish into the roof of the net.

    Unbelievable stuff.
