  2. 'Football needs more diversity' - Hayespublished at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2021

Chelsea manager Emma Hayes says there needs to be more diversity in football after being linked to the vacant manager's job at AFC Wimbledon.

Hayes, 44, has led the Blues to three WSL titles and two FA Cups since 2012, while her international-laden squad has not lost a league game in over two years.

"This is not a conversation about Emma Hayes and AFC Wimbledon, but we should be having larger conversations about creating opportunities across the diverse spectrum so that opportunities in the men's game are not limited to those in the privileged positions," she said.

Women's football not a step down - Hayes

Chelsea manager Emma Hayes says the notion that women's football is a step down from the men's game is "an insult".

Championship leaders Norwich are held at Millwall.

The hosts had a big chance with the last kick of the game - Kieran Dowell misplaced a pass in his own half with Tim Krul out of his goal, but Jed Wallace can't find the target from 45 yards with the goal gaping.

The Canaries are five points clear at the top, while that's the Lions' 14th league draw of the season.

What a disaster that is for the home side!

Chris Mepham attempts to play a backpass to Asmir Begovic but manages to get it all wrong.

He miscues it and it lands at the feet of Callum Paterson, who scuffs the ball and almost loses the opportunity but manages to trickle it under Begovic.

Bournemouth won't want to remember that one!

    Wycombe 0-0 Birmingham

Brilliant from Neil Etheridge as Uche Ikpeazu's shot is deflected off Gary Gardner, and the keeper palms it away for a corner.

Better from the visitors, but still nothing separates the two sides.

We know he's capable of magic.

    Millwall 0-0 Norwich

Another massive opportunity for Millwall to break the deadlock!

    Good chance for the Cherries.
